71 broadway is such a great apt to live and all of units are so spacious. Management & leasing team are great and specially the leasing manager (Eboni), she is great and tries everything for the clients. Thank you so much all!

The building is always clean and the elevators are always in service. Staff is very friendly, quick, efficient & even dog friendly!

Beautiful view from the rooftop! It's such a nice spot to hang out in the warmer months.

I have been living at 71 broadway for 4 years and I love the building and the staff. The doormen and service team are very helpful, and attentive. The new amenities are amazing and love the location of this building. And with the new whole foods across the street makes it even better.

10/10 recommend living here. Everything you could possibly wish for living in the city, this place has. Amenities, convenience, and luxury experience. Will be here for a long long time.

Have lived here for the past 3 years and i absolutely love it here. The apartments building is clean and the amenities are worth it — the view from the roof is great, and they recently renovated the gym and common area. The apartment size and price is worth it 100%. You are in the prime area of downtown Manhattan/Wall Street and have access to everything — the train, ferry, etc.the west side highway is a couple minutes away and you have great access to walking by the Hudson. 10/10!
