777 6th Avenue Apartments, New York NY

I lived at 777 for a year and it was my first NYC apartment. It was an awesome place to live and has a very central location, nice building, and excellent staff. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful and is one of the best parts about living at 777 6th ave. One of my first interactions was Pedro helping me with my move in, which was SO nice. Followed by the excellent doormen, and finally upon leaving Sanel helped me on his day off. 10/10

We just moved out after 2 years living here, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience, made all the better by the incredible staff that work here. Juan, George, Tamara, and the rest of the front desk and maintenance staff are wonderful!

Juan, one of the concierge's, is the best of the best. Very personable. Knows everyone’s name. Welcomes you home every day. Extremely helpful. Very considerate.

777 is the first apartment I lived in when I moved back to NYC after Covid. Juan, Tamara, Luis, Jonathan, Jose, Adrian and the rest of concierge team always made the building felt like home. It’s always nice to come home to them. I miss the spontaneous chats with all of them. The building responds quickly to maintenance requests. Zoe and Zakia were always patient with my questions as well. Unfortunately after the first year, I can’t afford living here anymore due to the rent increase. The proximity to K town, flatiron, and Chelsea and the security of the building is awesome.

We have lived here for almost 3 years now. The units are so nice and well maintained. The views are stunning- with huge floor to ceiling windows you can see the sunrise, sunset, and catch the nightly changing colors of the Empire State Building. However what is most notable about 777, is the staff. They are the reason we stay year after year despite rent prices being insane. We feel safe here which is really important with a baby. The team here is personable, caring, and feel like family. We know everyone’s names and they know ours. Maintenance issues are always resolved quickly. They really hire quality people. Special shout out to Juan at the front desk who goes above and beyond handling *hundreds* of heavy packages each day all while maintaining a personal relationship with each tenant. He is outstanding!
