90W Luxury Apartments, New York NY

So far so good. They replaced our fridge after it leaked coolant very quickly.

Maintenance requests get done. Amenities are available until 10pm (ideally open later but still works!) Staff, including front desk and janitors, are really sweet. There's laundry on every floor. Trash room gets cleaned out like once a day.

Lobby is clean and air conditioned. Units have tall ceilings and 700+ square footage. Package sorting is decent. Only things that surprised me were the mandatory amenities fee ($15/person) and electricity bill during the summer.

Will lookout for unreasonable monthly charges and rough lease renewals. Still, I like it here right now!

They rent illegal units that violate NYC code. Calls and emails to management go unanswered. I literally sued them and they never responded.run don’t walk from here.

0 stars. Rude, unprofessional, greedy, nothing luxury about this building. You will be charged for every "amenity" they offer, even if they are closed/under construction. Work orders are ignored for months, even if it is heat/AC related. They offer absolutely no refunds or discounts for their terrible service. Renewal time came around, they offered a 60% increase in price. I knew it wasn't a rent controlled building, but wow. You just don't expect that level of greed.

Seriously guys, read these reviews. Management is not professional, or even capable of doing their job. Incredibly overpriced compared to local buildings, just rent elsewhere.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. This place was great when I lived here last year. Never had any issue and the maintenance team is great. Loved living in NYC finance district.

The building is great, but the management is disgusting. They charged me $50 for nothing, when I tried to get explanations, they just couldn’t do it. Besides that they increased my rent by 95%, that’s absolutely crazy! The gum is open from 6 to 9, which is quite inconvenient! Although in the welcome letter it was said that gym working hours is from 5 to 11. The terrace is always closed and the construction is constant. By the way, the charged me $200 for trash that wasn’t mine when I moved out. Thanks for my lawyer which help me to get back this money.

Nothing luxury about this apartment. 0/5 if possible. After having a full 9 months without AC, 3 months without a dishwasher, really only 1 working elevator at a time (please add 5 minutes to your commute for this), and no late payments, management decided to raise our rent by 60%. Can confirm that the only positive of this building are the door people, always friendly. We even tried to refer friends to the building and management was rude to them. Otherwise run and find anything else.

Living at 90W has greatly exceeded my expectations. All of Moinian's staff from the concierge to maintenance are professional and extremely responsive whenever we need something. I love my view (WTC to the North, Hudson River to the West) and 90W's amenities (rooftop, gym, club room).

LITERALLY THE WORST MANAGEMENT EVER! Do not waste your time or energy visiting this apartment and think the cheap rent is attractive. You get what you pay for. Maintenance requests will never be completed. The scaffoldings will always be there. Lounge will not be opened. Elevator will always break and you have to wait forever. Laundry is extremely expensive. Management denies everything and charges you on your account without knowing. Be careful and don't waste your money on this building.
