At first, nothing was clear, the language barrier and the first visit to such an establishment, you know! Then we figured it out, ordered hot soup at random, brought pots of broth, set them on the stoves to cook the ingredients in, which you need to order by going to the menu using the code on the table. It was a fun time and the kids loved cooking their own food!

I haven’t been for in a while and was disappointed with the small selections they had. Selection was so small and fatty beef was not available. The slice beef was tough. They didn’t bring out all the seafood that we order. Will be heading to Hometown instead.

My favorite part about the restaurant was that the food came out quickly whenever I ordered. The tomato soup was good. If you want a spicy broth, I recommend getting the extra spicy cause the regular spicy was not spicy at all.

One thing I didn’t like was the beef felt low quality. Being someone who eats mostly meat at hot pot, it wasn't worth it to me. However, other options were good.

Had a good experience here. Pretty awesome place for hotpot and bbq. Prime location, food is very fresh. Service is very fast. There are so many variety of sauces! Broth was good and service was standard, everything was well. Price was not bad for all you can eat. I would recommend getting a reservation ahead of time as this is a popular dinner place.

Super value for money AYCE hotpot at $29.90+

Broth was lacking a bit, as refills are not from the original flavor. We got the pork bone, tomato and kimchi broth, however the refills were using all the same clear broth which has no flavour? Not too sure why. Condiments are okay, the biggest qualm is it’s so unhygienic as there were flies around the area. The saucers were also not the cleanest:/

All in all, the meats were great, especially the pork belly and beef. There’s also a wide selection to choose from.

I would love to come back but the broth is the most important element for me when it comes to hotpot, also the hygiene of this establishment could definitely be improved.

Holy this place is amazing for $40 almost everything. Personally I’ve would’ve just taken the bbq option hotpot isn’t the best. The hotpot is amazing I just didn’t like it that’s all. Also if it’s your birthday you eat for free. Completely as long as you don’t order the extra stuff that isn’t. Unfortunately this is all you get for your birthday. Ice cream fruit loops: (

️️️️️ AMAZING HOT POT & BBQ! The tiramisu was frozen (not sure if that was on purpose or not) but anyone who doesn’t like frozen tiramisu, just order it first and let it thaw throughout the course of your dinner. Easy fix! Lol. Definitely coming back!

The beef is sliced ​​and then frozen, so it is already dehydrated. Same as tree bark. I really can't swallow it.

Hot pot is amazing and now more accessible than ever thanks to the digital menu system. For what you get the price is a steal and remember, if you have a friends birthday, go during the week of their birthday and they eat free. Make sure to tell someone it's a birthday to hear the BEST BIRTHDAY SONG EVER.

Hot pot or bbq?

We chose hot pot and it didn’t disappoint!
Menu selection was great as you can see from all the various plates we have on the table. My friend was super excited to eat everything from beef, lamb, to enoki mushrooms and tofu skin.

Staff were very attentive and service was fast but it was only us and maybe 4 other families.

I gave this 5 stars because of the price. The cost along with the quality and service was great!

Heads up: Ordering is off the phone through a QR scan and directs to a website.

I love this place and I really appreciate that they do little things like free meal on your birthday and bogo on drinks. I went for a date with my love and we were happy with the variety of options and the experience eating together.

I rate it 4 stars solely because they delivered us the wrong ingredients and instead of eating fried tofu, I ate some sort of fried fish which resulted in horrible stomach upset and gas for the rest of the evening.

My partner is gluten intolerant and they also erroneously delivered fish balls to the table which contained gluten. Luckily we both were able to avoid accidentally eating the balls.

Overall lovely place, but very busy so mixups do happen and if you’re not familiar with some of the ingredients they can have you sh*tting and farting for the rest of the day.

So delicious! It's like the longer my soup cooks the tastier it gets ans as stuffed as I am, I keep going for more. Irresistible yummy soup!

We are extremely grateful to the staff that took us as a walk in really late at night. We don’t know if they were just being nice or if we were within their walk in period, but regardless we are grateful. We really enjoyed everything we ate here. The cheese corn had a garlicky taste to it that went so well with all of the food. To be completely transparent, the sauce station was a bit messy, but I bring this up just to inform you about the atmosphere AT THAT TIME. It is important to remember that we did get here very late so that area was just simply the after math of a successful day of business. Regardless, if you are looking for an ayce bbq place or just end up in the area, check them out.

This is an all-you-can-eat restaurant where you can enjoy BBQ (or hot pot) at an affordable price. The food and atmosphere were good and the service was ok.

Food: Everything tasted good but did not like how frozen some of the meat came out. It didn't affect the quality or taste, but it made it difficult to take out individual pieces.

Service: The service was quick and the people were kind.

I've went here a couple of times and to say the least it's always enthralling, the service is great. I don't occasionally go but when I do I end up enjoying every second. I went to the queens location but it's not the same vibe which is unfortunate but this place is great.

Would NOT recommend, WORST WORST WORST customer service ever. We came to celebrate my parents’ birthday and we wish to dine at the table with the small pots. However, one of the waitresses said we can’t cuz it’s booked. So we told her we had reservations too. The funny thing was she changed what she said before. And her attitude was terrible. She stared at us and rolled her eyes. She then said it’s not about reservations and stuff, the table is for five and up but you only have 4. Okay, fine. So we sat down and ate. Later on we found out she allowed a group of 2 to dine at the small pot table. FYI tip is optional but we still have some cuz one of the waiter, he was nice enough and funny. BUT the waitress who was rude stopped us. We explained it’s her attitude that caused this but she was arguing with us. The other came and said by the time we came the seats were full? Bruh really? It was empty AND no one came in for like 1.30hr. No wonder why this place looks like it will be shut down tmr.

We were in the mood for a hot pot dinner date night and this place did not disappoint. We did the grill & hot pot combo. You can pick your ingredients from the online menu and they are delivered to your table. Unlimited it seems, the only catch is no take out. However I left this place fuller than I've ever been. We had everything from shrimp skewers to muscles to the thinly sliced beef that cooks in the wonderful broth. They have a sauce bar as well and I would recommend the hoisin or the house. Fun experience.

The food is not fresh at all. Is not like before. Especially the slice beef, squid. They are smelling. The shrimp is much smaller than before. Will not come here again. Very disappointed.
