A-1 Auto Body Inc, Rocky Point NY

I've had many experiences with other auto body shops and being a little OCD. I always find things to complain about. A-1 made the car look better than factory! Nothing at all to complain about! My new exclusive auto body shop now!

Drove to A1 today so the guys can take a look at my back left quarter panel by the back left driver side tire after I scraped a wood pylon.
I dealt with Tim who I spoke with on the phone and within 5 minutes once I got there, they took the black scrapes out of that bumper off of my white car.

They were honest with me as far as the car trying to get the dent pulled or if it's going to need a quarter panel. And that's what I like about this business. Up front and honest. Selling the car in question so I didn't go for the quarter panel replacement.
I spent years and years going to Schubert's Auto body in Smithtown when all the while I could have been going to these guys. I will now switch (and no offense to those guys but I hope I don't see them for a long time at A1.) Lol.

Tom is great to work with. You can tell he knows what he’s talking about and has been doing this a long time. We needed our truck back quickly and they were able to accommodate that request (faster than expected too!). My wife’s car came back looking amazing. I will not hesitate to use them again!

Tom is the man. Not only did he save my life rafting (he pulled me up with one arm when I fell out of the raft on the most dangerous rapid of the trip) with the scouts back in the early 2010s but he also helped me get thousands more for my prius when it was totaled in 2019. My prius was hit twice when it was parked, once in 2017? And again when it was totaled in 2019. When it was hit in 2017 it needed about 5k worth of work but the first repair place I went quoted it at like 3k. Tom matched the paint perfectly which was a difficult "pearl" tri-tone paint. You don't find places with these kind of reviews.

My experience with Tom and Debbie has always been impeccable! They have helped us so much! They are extremely knowledgeable! I love them and have nothing but great things to say about them!
