I used this place twice in the last month, took button-up shirts for wash-and-press (6-to-8 each time). Both times between a third and half of my shirts came back with broken buttons. Then they’ll offer to fix them by charging an extra $3. They are crooks.

I have been using this cleaners for by dry cleaning and laundry for years now. On occasion, a shirt comes back from the laundry with a stain on it that wasn't there when I dropped it off. They check them and I check them when dropping them off.
In the past, they've sent the newly stained shirt in for a "re-do" but it happened again today and the manager said that she wouldn't re-do it for me. She said that they've done it several times (true - they stained it, they corrected it) but that the 'owner' wouldn't allow her any more 'credits'.
They've had to re-do shirts for me (when it was their fault) 3 or 4 times over the last 5 years. I spend about $400 a year there. Not that much, but I hope they feel that losing my business over this makes sense for them. I will not be giving them any more of my business.
