The experience was amazing. I found Josh Fishman on line. He was giving instructional you tube videos on what the classifications are for diamonds and how to shop for one. I called him and he could hot have been nicer. I made an appointment to meet with him in his NYC store. He once again educated me. Explaining every category in detail.
