I've been here twice now. Once when my tire was flat and once when my brakes were out of whack. Both times, my bike was up and running smoothly within 24 hours! They are very polite and helpful. Highly recommend.

My bike feels incredible to ride now. These folks are extremely fast, competent, knowledgeable, kind, no-nonsense and inexpensive. They didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need and provided me extra parts without charging.

I’m very happy with my bike thank you i was on a budget but i was able to get a used bike with new seat and green grip tape to match my bike theme! I’m really happy all together it was $330 with the kryptonite brand lock:)

I stopped by a couple weeks ago to put some air in my tires and asked how much advance notice I needed to give them for a tune-up. They said I could bring it in anytime, and they'd have it back to me in a day or two. This morning, I brought my bike in, and had a really nice, same-day experience.

I didn't catch the name of the person helping me, but he took a quick look at my bike to see what needed to be refreshed, and quoted me a really reasonable price. I left my number and they told me they'd have it for me by the end of the day. They texted to let me know it was ready. When I came to pick it up, they were really nice and complimented my (very old, not fancy) bike. It was really awesome riding it home - it feels great, they did amazing work. Thanks so much!
