Came in for a balayage appointment with beautiful auburn hair. I said maybe someday I'd like to go blonde and then they bleached my ENTIRE head without discussing it with me. My hair was fried and one side was half orange/yellow because it didnt process the same time as the rest of my hair. They deleted initial review the week after the incident. I called to discuss the issue and they didn't answer. They are narcissistic people who will lie and blame you for their screw up rather than take accountability

Nothing like I wanted and paid an outrageous price for my hair $211 for a balayage and my hair looks the same just a little lighter and it took 3 1/2 hours

I had my nails done today and they look beautiful. I love the salon and all the talented people who work there. The atmosphere is always filled with the joy of making people beautiful.

I got acrylic nails done by Paige and she was phenomenal! I had no idea what I wanted and she walked me through and gave me nails I love! 10/10 would recommend and return!

Always 5 stars when I go. They treat their clients like family and make ppl look beautiful everyday.

I love asking for one hair style and color and not getting what i asked for! It's what i look for when i go to a salon! If you enjoy having a hair cut you do not want, go here!

I went to get blonde balayage done to my hair. It’s dark blonde and I just wanted to blend some of the highlights better. He didn’t touch my roots but when I went back for them to do the toner something went wrong, either the girl used the wrong product or it wasn’t done properly. It ended up lifting ALL of my natural color out of my hair roots and all. Now I am left orange and it’s four months until my wedding. They unsuccessfully tried to fix it and didn’t return my call when I said I needed to come back for it to be dyed dark blonde because it was still orange. Messing up a hair color is one thing but doing it to someone four months out from their wedding AND not returning their phone call is completely unforgivable. I paid $200 for them to ruin my hair and make me cry every time I look in the mirror. Now I have to try to have another salon fix their mistake. My future mother in law also had them use the wrong product on her when they were supposed to just be toning it and she had to have it dyed again. Clearly they need to be retrained.
