Hi, used Andrews service throughout my weekend in Saratoga Springs. He was at the train station where I first met him. Then throughout the weekend he always replied to my texts, and was where I asked him to do in a timely manner. His charges are line with other taxi/ car services in the greater NY area. He can also take people to/from NYC airports, Albany, Other places nearby. His car is large, clean & comfortable. He is personable. I will use this service the next time I’m in the area.

Andrew is the best. I always look forward to our conversations on the way to the airport. Definitely recommend him to college students in the area and anybody looking for a smooth ride and a good talk!

Had to get to the airport for a 5: 00am flight and called the night before. Andrew was there and ready for us and got us to the airport in no time! Highly recommend A&L!

Not reliable. I booked a ride in advance for an early morning airport trip. They called back and left me a voicemail saying they “overbooked themselves” and just cancelled my trip, leaving me to scramble for another option without much notice.

We had an early flight in Albany and the taxi was on time and very friendly. I was not informed when I called and booked the transport or by the driver until we arrived at the airport that I needed to pay in cash. Luckily there was an ATM in the airport and I was able to get cash and pay. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time

Very rude. Had a medical ride scheduled with this company with atleast 12 hours notice. My regular drive was unable to accommodate me so my ride was given to this company last minute. Called Medicab and they told me this would be my van company with a 9 am pick up. 9am came around but the cab didn't. I called this company to figure out what was going on and the guy was down right rude and told me he couldn't take me because I was too far and hung up on me. This is one of those companies that is in it for the money. I probably would have never used them again. Also this wasn't an appointment for my self it was an appointment for a premature child.

I only gave one star because the guy atleast picked the phone up and if I didn't give atleast one star I couldn't post.

Andrew was very professional. On time and a great ride to the airport. I would highly recommend him.

Left me in the lurch. He agreed to take me to the train station at 1: 30. When I called at 1: 35 to ask where he was, he said. "Oh, I tried calling you. I have to take somebody to the airport. It is what is is. "

I don't have any missed calls. He just took the more expensive ride. The train didn't wait.

Don't reward them with your business.

Uber is down up here. But this company was fast Efficient and quickly got me to Amtrak without an issue. This is your go to company when your in Saratoga springs
