They work with you and they are very fast at getting your passport and whatever you need this is the best service and i recommend everybody use it I needed it for emergency I had my passport in 2 days.

Seriously cannot thank the entire staff enough! We realized my passport had expired less than 24 hours before we were scheduled to leave for a vacation. My wife & I frantically called every agency we could find in NYC and Amin & his team were the only ones who promised & delivered. We called them at 4pm and they stood late for us to get there to do the paperwork until 7pm on Wednesday evening. By 7pm Thursday evening he had my renewed passport ready to go! We had to push our trip back one day but luckily we are still able to go! Cannot thank these guys enough! We called many other agencies and got a bunch of rude employees who told us “same day is not possible I dont know who told you that, 3-5 days is the soonest”…. Well guess what, THESE GUYS DID IT! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I received new passport almost a week before date promised. They are pricey, but worth it, especially since it is a once a decade expense.

If you find yourself exasperated with the US government passport service, go to A-Passport & Visa Services. They will understand your problem and they will solve it easily. You will pay but it is worth it. On top of that they are lovely, kind people.

Fabulous service. I tried every other service in NYC and NO One could help me. The State Dept had a line around the block and I couldn't even get an appointment. A- Passport & Visa Services not only got a passport for me overnight but delivered it earlier than expected. I am SO grateful for their good and kind service.

This whole team is so kind and works so hard to help you get your passport in time. I realized my passport was missing at 5pm on a Friday; they stayed open late for me to come fill out an expedited passport application and validate my documents at the post office with me that evening. They promised I’d have a passport to make a Monday night flight and they delivered. Eternally grateful, this team is the best!

I found out my passport was expired 3 days before my trip and I was scrambling to find out how to renew it. I couldn’t get an appointment anywhere and then I found A-passport and visa services online. I was def skeptical because I thought there’s no way a place has all 5 star reviews, but I took my chance since I had no options. I called and right away I was helped and they’re honest and direct about the time frame and the process. I went to the office, took my passport picture 2 blocks away and handed my expired passport, I was assured I will have my passport on the morning of my flight …and the day of my flight on that morning I was called in to pick it up! I was in disbelief! I am forever grateful of finding them. Yes you’ll have to pay a somewhat higher price, but you honestly get what you pay for!
