I had new furnace, central AC and water heater installed by the A-Team last week (week before Christmas). Benjamin was wonderful, patient and worked with me on products, pricing and warranties. We started the quoting process late summer and he understood I needed to get a few quotes for comparison. He checked in but did not rush me.

The service techs were respectful of my house, prompt, courteous and extremely efficient. It was obvious they take pride in their workmanship.

I would highly recommend the A-Team for all of your heating and cooling needs.

And, they loved my dog!

A-Team came out last minute for a circulator pump replacement on a Saturday night. Super friendly, easy to communicate with, and got the job done fast. Highly reocmmended.

Very happy, the dispatcher Lexi gets 5 stars, she was able to get me in the same day I called to get my toilet repaired and Carl was fast and efficient and very nice!

FIVE STARS FOR CARL - I am a story-teller. I like to hear the background of a story. So, here we go. I admit I should have been so much more aware and observant. I let our two propane tanks become empty. When I called my supplier yesterday, I was told that someone was to have come on automatic delivery last week to refill. So, it wasn’t all my fault (smile). But now I had no heat. And, the supplier did appear about three hours later. By having nothing “but sediment” or “air” left in the propane tanks, that affected the furnace. The supplier got the furnace going again yesterday after a total refill and I had heat into the evening; but this morning when I awoke, the house was COLD. This is the point of this story: when everything is working well, the furnace is invisible; but when something goes wrong, the furnace becomes front and center. This is the first week of December and it is important to remember that there is a furnace in the house and it needs care. I called the installer of this furnace and asked for help. Carl, one of the techs, arrived in the early afternoon with a happy face and obvious willingness to be helpful. Since I had not needed any kind of servicing – everything was working just as it should have been working – for the past five years (since before COVID), I had delegated the furnace to the invisible part of the workings of the house. We (he) got to work. The filter was filthy. I asked questions and he gave me answers about what I should have been doing for the past five years. We talked about the services that the installer could provide to preclude my having this happen again. He was very helpful and even enjoyable. I was very happy to pay the service fee and will look forward to having Carl reappear in the fall for my new annual servicing. I have kept a list of his suggestions. My furnace will appreciate this. And Carl will already know what he can anticipate. Five Stars for Carl.

The reviews are really deserved for this company. The follow up is excellent. The person who showed up was experienced with my boiler system. There was a small issue the next day (Saturday) and he showed up to fix that. I will be calling them again.

Thanks to Ben for overseeing the installation of our heat pump from start to finish and to everyone at A Team! The removal of the old furnace and oil tank followed by the installation took 3 days with no issues and the system is working as advertised. All questions were answered and any issues were addressed within a reasonable amount of time.

A-Team is AMAZING! A huge shout-out to our tech Carl who we will absolutely request every time, and the awesome girl Lexie in the office. I had called another HVAC company before A-Team as I'm a first time homeowner and needed some items done. I was immediately met on the phone by an extremely rude member of the other company's office staff which made me not want to deal with that company. I read some reviews about A-Team and they sounded awesome. I called and spoke with Lexie. She was extremely kind and understanding. She gave me clear and honest pricing and was extremely sweet. Appointment scheduling was quick and effortless. Carl called before arrival and when he got here, he just had a great vibe and explained everything. He took care of everything that was needed and cleaned up after. He was kind and all around a cool guy. Thank you A-Team! We will use you for anything we need. Pricing is extremely fair!

Absolutely Useless waste of time. We called them last year for heating in our home and they had someone come in to inspect to give us a quote. We called them about every 2 weeks for months asking for just the quote but it never came. Finally after 6 months of trying we stopped and never heard from them again. Thanks for nothing!

I'm a property manager, and this was the first time we've used A-Team. They came highly recommended, and they have lived up to the recommendation.

We had a broken HVAC system. I called in the afternoon, and they were there very quickly. The service person communicated very well with me about what the problem was, they got the part overnight, and they had the system fixed in no time.

The cost was really reasonable compared with other big companies I've worked with recently. I felt that they were honest about what they were doing, which I can't always say about a big company. And Lexi, the office person, was so helpful and personable. She was a wonderful person to work with.

Mark and his team are a great resource. They installed a propane high efficiency furnace in my home. They were professional and just nice. I prefer them to their competition.better price, better value, and less hassle. They are actually try to get you a good match for your needs, not just sell you more than you need, which I appreciate. The crews were thorough and on time.

Every A-Team service person we've dealt with has been experienced and knowledgeable as well as cordial and considerate. Their response to our service needs has been fast and on time. It's a comfort to know we can depend on them during emergencies and for competent annual maintenance of our heating, plumbing, AC and water conditioning systems. It's a company we highly recommend.

Recent pole transformer over-voltage condition cause both the house oil boiler and the air conditioner to fail. Got on the phone with the A-Team after power was restored to normal and they responded quickly to make the necessary and difficult repairs. Thanks A-Team for getting our equipment back and functioning.

The A-team is the A-team. They came on time, explained what they were going to do and took their time to make sure everything was taken care of. They were friendly and professional. We are happy with their results!

He is a scammer stay away!

I put down a down payment $1200 and he backed out one day to another and I’m asking back for my money and he’s not giving me back my money! He’s not answering any phone calls! Stay away from this person! I would give 0 stars this is the worst plumbing company that I ever dealt with they scam people! Stay away from them!
I do fix and flip and I never dealt with people like this!

Don’t use him he will steal your money!

I had an AC unit issue in the doldrums of late July. The tech was luckily able to come same day I called, and fixed the issue. Within about 2 hours we had cold air again and could stop sweating! Great service. Will use them for all my future HVAC needs.
