I don't even understand how somebody can write a good review on them. They made me come back 5 times To get my plates And they wouldn't answer a phone call And we're not talking about 5 times and one day we are talking about 2 days.

They charged an extra 50$ for same day service, and they did not deliver and refused to return the 50$

Horrible experience. Two years ago I register my car here but we never received our original documents back. Now that we need to renew the registration the DMV claims they never received the title. We came back here and they told us literally: “I don’t know what to tell you”.

Besides, they are extremely rude and since we are two women they are really dismissive. I recommend you to avoid this place.

These guys really know what they are doing I had an issue and they got it resolved in no time

I was ignored from the very start. I walked in saw someone sitting at the desk. I made my presence known and said “hello” trying to get anybodys attention. I was asked to give them a minute which is not a problem. I sat and waited. When I’m finally called up. A white man walks in and she just starts talking to him and helping him like I haven’t been waiting. It was extremely unprofessional and extremely rude. I just walked out because I felt so disrespected.

How should i write this, i just have no words, i have never had such a GOOD experience in any DMV i scheduled my day to be @A Thru Z for minimum 2 hours, and shockingly Avery thing was done in less then 20 minutes, very friendly and honest place, i would give them 10 stars if i would just have that option

Worst place to go to! I stated i needed my plates next day service they said ok it’ll be $150 fee which wasn’t a issue but i call the next day they said yes they’ll be here by 6 i go later at 6 come to find out they sent it to the wrong dmv and couldn’t give me no right explanation as to why that happened after i made it clear i needed it the next day instead of being understanding of my situation MIKE! Wants to be extremely rude, tried to ignore me while i was talking infront of his face, taking phone calls while I’m speaking to him and basically told me they’ll get here when they do i have no other response for you like is that how you talk to a paying customer? I don’t think so. I go back next day he tells me he has no idea when it’ll get here to come back on Friday, Friday comes and i go just to see was closed and won’t be open for 12 days. That was something MIKE couldn’t tell me which was very unprofessional after he’s the one who told me to come that same day.overall i don’t recommend they are very unprofessional, unorganized and extremely rude to a paying customer especially MIKE. I would give a 0 star.
