A To Z Appliance Parts & Supls, Brooklyn NY

I was introduced to A to Z appliance from a co-worker that has used them for many years. I have used them for over 10 years for various repairs, including when my mom's dryer wasn't working properly and fixing an old stove, and most recently my wall oven. They have always been good with their prices, answered all my questions, and their service has ALWAYS been friendly. I never feel like they don't have the time or that I'm bothering them. They seem to have all the parts I've needed. I feel that they are a great value and are a great resource for me, and I highly recommend them. Don't lose time and money buying the wrong parts online, and not getting support from guys that only know part numbers. These guys know what they're talking about. Thanks A to Z for all your help!

I ordered from the years ago online for parts for my dryer. Just went there last week to buy a fuse that I couldn’t find elsewhere.

Our oven broke in the middle of quarantine! A to Z not only had the part but helped up wire it properly for easy at home installation. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated the gentleman going the extra mile to help out during the pandemic. Our oven was cranking 15 minutes after we got home.

My oven stopped working during this Pandemic! A to Z was there to provide the part I needed. They tested my suspect bad part and set me up with a new one. They even spliced the old plug on for me so it was easy to reconnect. Thank you for getting us back to baking!

Called them about a refrigerator part they had it price was better then staten island store even after the toll vinny very nice and helpful, small store but its full of stuff! Id go there again in future! Refrigerator part was cheap single washer expensive lolo

Old school, very friendly and helpful neighborhood appliance parts shop. Found this gem somewhat randomly. Staff went out of their way to help me, offering a solution that was far cheaper than the OEM. For the adventurous DIYer who isn’t afraid to seek out the answer along with the right part. Owner keeps your appliance model so he can quickly track down the right part. Worth a trip from points in south and central Brooklyn.

Just call A to Z to find out how much an igniter for my oven would be. There price is 3x's more than everyone else.

I called on a Saturday morning for a part. Vinny confirmed that he had the part before i made the trip to Brooklyn, i live in long island. He was knowledgable and very helpful with my appliance issue. Highly recommend.

I went to pickup a thermal fuse because I needed my Dryer. I saw the part on Appliance parts 365 for $1.76 so I said heck how much can he charge 16.95 plus tax 1.50 = 18.45 This GUY is a FN Theif

This is a wonderful place. I fixed my clothes dryer with a belt I bought here and the great instructions I was given. I particularly appreciated that I was treated respectfully despite being an older female.

Grest service and Vinny knows everything about refrigerators. I needed an overload/relay replacement part for my Kenmore refrigerator and this store had it. Vinny even helped me with some questions that I had after installing the part. They have been in the neighborhood for over 35 years and I highly recommend them.

I went there to get an ignitor for my oven and he told me everything i needed to know to fix it and said if i have a problem to call and he would walk me through it worked great definitely will go back next time.

A to Z is trustworthy! Vinny was very helpful when my refrigerator stopped being cold. He gave me options and explained the best solution over the phone, then walked me through how to install the new part when I went in. I had called around for the same part, and A to Z definitely was cheaper and saved me a lot of hassle. Highly recommend it over the chain store Marcone, where they are only trying to sell you the part and don't know much about fixing appliances.

A to Z has saved me hundreds of dollars. They can assist you in diagnosing and fixing your appliances over the phone and carry the parts needed to do so. I will never call a repairman again.

The best store for any emergency repair and replacement parts. Needed a heating element for my stove it would have taken a week on line I stopped by A to Z and had it in two minutes. Great price and very friendly staff.

Great store. They have almost every part in stock. Very knowledgeable staff and friendly. Prices are very reasonable.

If you ever need any spare parts this is the place to go to! Ask for Vinny, he is extremely understanding knowledgeable about all appliances. If any appliance, whether big or small breaks this is my go to place! Vinny is so helpful and looks to not bang you out for prices, he is like dealing with your father!
