Been using them for 3 years now for friendsgiving.always been on time and professional on short notice

I placed a rental order for my dad's 80th birthday party at a space I rented for the occasion. The delivery person showed up after the delivery window for the drop-off. For the pick up, the delivery person showed up 3 days late, and I lost my security deposit from the rental space. The receptionist at A-Z party rentals didn't want to help rectify the situation by reimbursing me for my security deposit that I lost. She told me that she would discuss the situation with the owner, and she would call me back. That never happened, and I ended up losing out. I will never go back here again due to their lack of un-professionalism and disregard for their customer's satisfaction.

Avoid this company! Do not rent from them! Horrible company. They called me 2 days before my event to tell me that they made a mistake and did not have the 20x20 tent I ordered. I agreed to take a smaller 16x16 tent, because the company offered me a discount on it (which I ended up not receiving the discount as promised). They then delivered a 16x16 tent and platform with no steps (which I ordered) ; they delivered the steps hours later after me repeatedly having to call them. The tent was dirty and had rips in it that they attempted to tape up (tape was coming off). Three of the wood tables that were delivered were messed up, all chewed up at the edges. Thank God I hired a decorator and she made the best of this mess and my event came out beautiful. It’s a shame that people run a company this way. Avoid this company.

Don’t rent from here! They brought me the completely wrong order and then when I tried to talk to the driver, he tried to show me an email claiming that I cancelled the order. It was a screenshot of an email not even from me with times completely different from my party and not even the right name signed at the bottom. Despite that, if I had cancelled the order why would he still be dropping off the order? We knew right then he was lying. I had to have a wedding brunch of 65 people with 4 tiny cocktail tables instead of my sit down brunch as planned. Thank you guys for really dropping the ball on the most important day of my life.

I had rented from them before and everything came in on time pick up and delivery so I did not hesitate to call them again for my baby shower.the delivery was on time but the pick up was HORRIBLE. I was given a pick up time of between 12 and 2pm which was fine but at 945am I was called to see if they could get the chairs.unfortunately I had to say no cause I was nowhere near my venue and there was my big mistake. I get a call from the driver at 145pm saying that he was in heavy traffic and that he would not be to my place till 320pm. I had no choice but to say ok. So 320pm comes and goes and so I call him again he tells me that he was in an accident on the FDR and that he would have a friend or co worker come and pick up the chairs that was at 330pm. I told him that this was very unprofessional and that I needed him to contact his friend and to call me back within 5 minutes to let me know what was going on. He called me back and told me that someone would be there in 30 minutes. I told him that someone better be here by then or he would find the chairs outside. At this time I was beyond frustrated and actually gave up I left the venue at 4pm. I did not hear from anyone till 442pm telling me that he was outside and waiting for me to open the door.i told him to hold on and actually had a family member come and open the door.i suggest that if you are going to conduct business on a sunday the office should be open so if someone needs to call for any reason they will get a live person and not leave a message and wait and hope for a response back.

On July 21,2018 we we're having a surprise party for my daughter's birthday and the weather was not cooperating Actually a northeastener storm was predicted for the evening. We did not have a back up plan so I didn't know what to do! My daughter's friend suggested Ato Z but honestly I didn't think they could do it. It was so late but the company came through for us. At 630 they got to my home and put up the tent. It was not easy because they had to work around a pool. However, they didn't give up! They put a board over the pool to secure the poles for the tent. I was amazed! They definitely saved the night and it was Great! I highly recommend them. Thank you all that helped make it up a night my daughter will always remember!

Be aware that the plastic chairs with cushions are filthy and are torn, so before spending over $250 on chairs, know that they are very worn and some are destroyed. Also the wicker chair is also damaged for be prepared to have to dress it up. Other than the quality of their rentals they were on time

A-Z party Rental is super affordable. I was having a small dinner party and needed 15 chairs and two tables. It only cost me $50 to rent all the items for a two day rental. Talk about a steal.

I’ve used this company for my wedding recently. We have ordered high top tables, linens, glassware etc.and everything arrived as promised on time and was picked up the same night as our venue requested that. There’s a small fee of $100 for that but we were happy to pay it and go home without worries after our special day. The girl that answeres the phone there I believe her name was Patricia was very helpful and was always available to make changes to our order. Delivery and pick up crew was very punctual which is rear with the New York traffick. Overall a great experience and this will be out to go company for any type of event.

Inexpensive and the lady was very nice. Even gave me an extra day due to the holiday season. Would definitely use again

Great experience. Reserved on short notice and they had exactly what was needed. They brought chait covers and table covers when stated and picked up as planned. Great service. Pleasant staff too! Would refer and use again.

They were on time for delivery and even though they forgot a item they were prompt in correcting the error. I will use them again they were reasonable.

Very smooth and easy to work with; great variety of options for different budgets. Easy to set up over email. Will absolutely use them again.
