Fast, efficient, friendly service. Was in and out in about 15 minutes or so.
No issues once or ever. Visited for international driving permit

Went there to renew my driving license. Great and fast service. Very courteous and professional staff.

I wanna say that the customer service always at an all time high.
They have alot of business and machine so they can handle alot of people.

I celled the AAA office on
Francis Lewis Bouivard this past Friday. Spock to a person named John. I told John what I needed. He told me his hours.
I said I'll see you on Monday morning. Wish was this morning. John was Very helpful and gave me a few ideals.
Along with a trip pike and some travel books. Every body in that office is very nice.
It's a good place to go for travel help and travel books.

I went today in the morning to have my vision test and all worker very nice and great i finish in less than 5 mins.thank u to all in AAA office

Been waiting for a tow for over 5 hours and they keep tellling me it’ll be here in an hour it’s been almost 6 hours later if I knew it was gonna be this long I would’ve limped the 80 miles home instead of paying a subscription to you guys that’s by this point a waste of money

The personnel were attentive, cordial and very knowledgeable. I was very please with the services given to me.

Rather than provide assistance in the event of an emergency, AAA in NY can deliver only excuses for not doing so. After 20 years as a premium member I'm dropping this useless "service".

Staff are professional and helpful. There is hardly any wait time and parking is easy because there's a lot next door. AAA does not give you a hard sell about this, but they do inform you that they offer a free foreign fee transaction credit card. I have found it very useful. AAA will give you a good quality cabin baggage sized suitcase as an inducement to sign up for it.

Extremely poor service, Waited 3 hours in 100 Degree weather before someone came to Service my Aunt and I

Went here to get an international drivers license for going to Italy with my girlfriend who I live with and love very much. Got here around 10am on a Saturday and was in/out in under 10 minutes. Everyone who helped me was friendly too. I'd come back here if I could think of any reason to.

Horrible staff and customer service, got a follow up to “resolve an issue” and got called a liar by their manager for leaving negative feedback on staff members. You’re better off going through your insurance company for road side assistance!
