AAA Queensbury reviews
11Would go no where else to book a trip, Christine is BEYOND helpful! Showed us different options for the cruise, took her time did not feel rushed, answered any questions I had, explained the room options, she is the best!
Visited this location for an international drivers permit. They were incredibly helpful and kind. Highly recommend.
A great place to get a bunch of different things done, like for your car, for travel, for car or homeowners ins, for movie tickets, and so on! The ladies there are very nice to work with! & also very knowledgeable! Their prices are reasonable too! It's sorta a one stop shop for numerous things!
Excellent service.very friendly.it was a little loud with everyone on the phones.maybe get sound dividers.
I booked a family vacation to Universal Studios Orlando totaling over $6K, including a "Cancel for any reason" fee of almost $200. Unfortunately, my husband fell and seriously injured himself, so we were unable to go on the trip. I called AAA Queensbury on 12/20 to cancel and was told my refund would take a few weeks due to the holidays. I finally received my refund on 1/28, only after several phone calls and finally going to the AAA office. During that visit I was told that it was Universal that was taking so long to issue the refund, so I asked for a phone number so that I could talk to someone. I was told that they probably wouldn't even speak to me! I will never book a trip with AAA or Universal again. Terrible customer service, especially when you pay EXTRA to be able to cancel. This is why travel agencies are basically extinct. You are better off booking it online yourself. If you cancel you get your money back right away, or better yet, you don't get charged until the start of your reservation.
Went in with a problem. CAUSED by AAA (NM branch) : they had sold us a bad battery-not happy about that & who would be. Talked to Michele and ALSO learned that someone had screwed-up our most recent membership payment (pursuant to arriving back in NY) which made us even less happy. This is, unfortunately, the RULE anymore, with ANY large organization, of late, utilizing Hi-Tech (ha) and reeling from the covid crisis repercussions. However all is well that ends well- as Michele was persistent and worked her way through the minutia and other recklessness to give us a satisfactory resolution. Thank God we still have people like Michele as advocates to muscle through all this carelessness and digital incompetence. We are content.and will remain AAA members.
What’s the point of paying for the service if they show up and won’t tow you because you haven’t had your Covid vaccine
AAA is supposed to pay something instead they just pass the 100 percent cost to you and claim they already paid there portion but they never have proof of this and just pass all cost to you
I’ve been looking all over for A prepaid ezpass, the staff was very nice and very informative!
Great for vehicle service. Closed on Saturday when working people have time to look at travel plans
This location has Plenty of representatives ample social distancing to get what you need done With space and privacy to do so. Great service
