AAA Tree and Landscaping, Deer Park NY

I don't enjoy giving negative feedback, but I feel it's important to share my recent bad experience with this company. I want to be clear and straightforward about what happened so that others can make informed decisions.

At first, things seemed promising when Ed came to our house to provide an estimate on a Thursday. He even mentioned that they could start working the next day if we agreed. However, when I called later that day to confirm, Ed said they had booked another job and rescheduled us for Monday. That was understandable. I rearranged my schedule, but Monday came and went without any contact from them. When I reached out to Ed, he denied ever promising Monday but assured me they would fit us in.

Ed also mentioned that our project was significant and would take about 5 hours to complete. However, they didn't show up until the following Wednesday. To make matters worse, after only 2.5 hours of work, the crew suddenly packed up and left. There was no explanation, no check-in to see if I was satisfied, and they had only done half of what was in the estimate. I was left wondering what was going on and assumed they would reach out to discuss the remaining work.

Several days later, Ed called, sounding annoyed, and demanded payment. I explained that the job was incomplete, but he brushed it off, claiming he couldn't see how that was possible. Without any warning, he showed up at our property later that day, which I found rude. We walked around, and he acknowledged the significant amount of work they had missed. He mentioned they were busy but hoped to return before Thanksgiving. This left me feeling increasingly disappointed with the overall experience.

Almost two weeks later, their trucks arrived without any prior communication. This was highly inconvenient for us as we were trying to get our kids ready for school and prepare for work. Ed arrived unannounced and expected me to accompany him around the property. I expressed my frustration with the timing, and he responded with an attitude, stating that he had told me they would return when it suited them. He also insisted on payment in cash, which was another inconvenience, especially with young children at home. After Ed and his team left, I had to supervise them as they started cleaning up before completing the agreed-upon work. Once again, no one asked if I was satisfied with the outcome.

In conclusion, I want to emphasize that these are simply the facts of my experience, and I cannot recommend this company for tree services based on the challenges and frustrations I encountered throughout the process. They left me feeling like my business was nothing but an inconvenience and they were doing me a favor.

AAA did an excellent job. They were responsive and on time. They had a large professional crew that did an impeccable job cleaning up. All work was completed as expected at a fair price.

They did a very nice job with my front and backyard. They really knew what they were doing. My yard looks fantastic now. I’m so happy with their service, highly recommend!

I have had many jobs performed by AAA Cheap Tree and Landscaping and they continue to impress. Keep up the great work!
