Aaron Manor, Fairport NY

Went to rehab here after total knee replacement. I had a very good experience here. Caregivers were wonderful and caring. Physical therapists and occupational therapists were very helpful in my recovery. My therapists were very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a very good experience at this facility. I totally recommend Aaron Manor for after-surgery care. It is a very nice looking place, is clean, has great dietary/food coordination, wonderful social workers, even a beauty salon (very nice while you're recovering to have your hair done). The nurses and doctors are fantastic.

Parents just arrived. I thought that this was going to be a great place. But I am not impressed. The food is terrible. Looks like canned food, not homemade. The staff doesn't have a positive caring attitude. They only have one Medical Assistant for 15 patients. Ridiculous! The staff at U of R Strong Memorial hospital was tremendous compared to Aaron Manor. Go somewhere else. Don't waste your time here.

My brother has worked there for over 4 years as a dietary aid. He has a learning disability and the manager of the kitchen and assistant manager began making fun of him and being just mean for no reason. Honestly that’s just straight up mean and so rude especially bc he doesn’t like conflict and is the nicest and the most quite man you’ve ever met. That kitchen is a joke and if your parents live here be careful. If they can make fun of a kid with a learning disability imagine what they say about your loved ones.
