As an excellent customer, I was annoyed that I was harrassed via phone for 1 missed payment! Things happen. My address & number hasn't changed. I didn't relocate with their stuff, & I don't sneak in & out of my house to avoid them during this pandemic, I just simply missed a payment! Extend some courtesy and offer a one time payment to be added to the end of the bill!

Many places have dropped the customer out of the equation. Not this place. Excellent in all areas.

Those of you who are writing bad reviews should just pay your bill on time and maybe the staff will do more to help you. Being entitled doesn’t keep places in business.

After running several retail stores at once I am amazed this store is still in business. Do NOT deal with this company. This location had the rudest laziest employees I have ever encountered. And the manager is worse, he had no idea what was going on in his location because both times we went he was sitting in a chair in his office. Not only did they try to screw my husband, a veteran, an employee trespassed my property. He literally walked into my front door! There is a reason that when googling Aaron’s reviews the first thing that pops up is the top 906 complaints. Sears outlet is cheaper, much more professional and also offers leasing options.

The manager is amazing and so is the whole staff. Got what I wanted and I even changed my order 3 times after I got it home they were patient and my satisfaction was their #1 goal.

Got a laptop from them. Had an issue with the mother board. They sent it for replacement. Didn't replace the existing logic board, put an older version of the motherboard in. Didn't realize this until it was paid off a month later. Shady.

Very happy with this store so happy it's under new management very friendly and helpful help me found exactly what I was looking for can't wait for my new bed set to be delivered:)

They are friendly courteous polite I know that sounds redundant but they are both and they smile when they take my money I like that and they are extremely helpful and they have great prices for some really cool furniture and then payment plans are really awesome

Zach is the best very friendly and will work with you not against u love how they are the greatest

Rude delivery drivers the absolute worst! The old one smelt like a 1980’s roadhouse dive bar in Satan’s butt crack! And the young one thinks he’s Gods gift to gay men! I have worked in stressful places but bad mouthing your GM to customers does not win over customers! Fire them please!

Very very rude people work there and would never go there again cuz I got something from them and then they changed the paperwork on me without me knowing or signing it

I am very disappointed. I ordered a bed from them 2-3 weeks ago and everything was fine so I decided to go in and get a entertainment stand when I went in they had none in the store so I looked online and asked them to order it before I could have any say they began to order a used one! I didn't want to pay full price for a used one! They were very rude too me! When they finally processed anything I asked to pay both off for 3 months to get it out of the way they just called me today and told me I need to pay my bill they hav3 no record! And on top of it they told me they'd call me 3 days later for the delivery date and I waited 6 days still no call so I went in and they were like oh we forgot to call you! My tv is sitting on the ground and you forgot to call me!? !? ! So they said we will call u in a hour. 4 hours goes by no call! Finally I call them and they say we will be there in 20 mins I was 45-1hour away from my house and they just expected me to jump! So I get here and they still didn't show up until 2 hours after the time they said!

After I'm done paying these items I refuse to buy from them ever again!

Haha obviously everyone knows how horrible this place is! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! It's Truly garbage furniture and hire the most unprofessional people I've ever met in my life.
