I enjoyed the service I received for my party. The staff was very knowledgeable about different types of parties and made great suggestions on what would be best suited for my type of function. The delivery and set up was handled with such professionalism. The lining that was used for my tables was a great quality and everyone was pleased with the setup and ambiance that was treated by Abbott. I love them and would recommend their service to everyone that’s throwing a party, corporate function, wedding or whatever, they are really amazing.

One of the best Party Rental business I’ve ever experienced. This business is the best of the best. Very well run establishment and excellent customer service from their secretary ms. Keisha. From the assortments of throne chairs, linens, backdrops and the amount of things for all occasions their website is great but entering their office was a phenomenal experience for me because I got to visualize what I wanted with my eyes. I entered their office with my grandmothers 80th birthday celebration in mind but by the time I left it was almost like my grandmother was having a wedding celebration. Keisha really helped me by answering all my questions and giving me what I really needed. I had a one stop shop experience which was great and I felt comfortable the whole time I was there. My grandmother, family memebers and friends were all surprised at the outcome. They all enjoyed themselves. I highly recommend there services. I will forever be a customer for life. Thanks Keisha

Was visiting a relative while in NY, were having a celebration for an elder relative we was referred to Abbots Party Rental and while there The owner was not there, but Keisha the secretary was operating manager at the time.while there it was an irate customer being rude cursing and being disrespectful. Keisha had displayed some the best customer service I have ever witness.she took care of the irate customer and handle our party rental with no stress.and extreme professionalism. I was highly satisfied with our service and recommend Abbott Party Rental for all of The Bronx and surrounding areas.

WORSE RENTAL PLACE EVER. I MADE A $100 DOWN PAYMENT A MONTH IN ADVANCE FOR A THRONE CHAIR FOR MY 1ST BABY SHOWER. THEY NEVER DELIVERED THE CHAIR. I CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES TO FIND OUT WHERE THEY WERE AND NO ONE ANSWERED. THEY DID NOT CALL OR EMAIL ME TO INFORM OF ANYTHING. I HAD TO GO THROUGH MY BANK IN ORDERED TO BE REFUNDED AND ALSO GET A NEW BANK CARD BECAUSE THEY WRITE YOUR INFORMATION DOWN. SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! THEY ONLY RECEIVED ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO SELECT A STAR IN ORDER TO MAKE THIS POST.

I highly recommend Abbott's Party Rentals! As I received my tables and chairs delivery for a party the next day, I realized that it really was going to rain and I needed tents. After a quick phone call to the office, they agreed to come back and deliver tents later that afternoon. The delivery guys were great guys, very helpful and they set the tents up and took them down at pick up! Abbott's Rentals saved my son and his friend's college graduation party! It was a huge success and I have Abbott's Rentals to thank for that!
