Refuses to help with printer repair. They explain that their printer repair company does not repair printers. Singles me out to not repair my printer, then explains it is because of some mysterious policy they refuse to explain. If you try to get an explanation, the company simply lies repeatedly. Probably the most unhelpful and dishonest company I have come across in all my time on this earth.
