As always had just what I needed. Clerks was kind and helpful. Like this place. Thanks to them for all they have done to help community.

The rental equipment was dirty and marked up. The Packers forgot to load a pole in so they had to go get the last pole as well. Overall a mediocre-bad experience. Probably won't rent them again.

Reasonable prices on selected items. Place to get your keys cut/ duplicate. I go here yearly to get a special bottle of very potent liquid to clear my drainage system. Works very well. It must be poured into the drain hole in your basement and NOT YOUR PIPES.

ABC does a great job in both renting and helping you with explaining how to use certain things.also they have been really helpful and generous in partnering with our Church when we do big events!

Great place to buy hardware and tools, not the best prices kinda expensive, but if you need small parts and Home Depot is far, this is the place, great and very friendly crew, always helping to find what I need.

Times have changed. You use to be able to purchase bulk nails by the pound. Sign of the times. Had an exchange w/receipt but couldn't be done because it was on CC that wasn't mine. I had purchase exchange with cash. Exchange cost more b and had to had cardholder make another trip to get CC charge back. What a waste of time!

Best in the neighborhood. Customers are well served by experienced, courteous staff like Larry. They have plenty of supplies. Rental service is very nice. I will come back again and again.

The price of most items is too high, you would think it is like that because of minority hiring however, they only have two employees working. When will I see minorities working in this store and what plans do they have in place for the old Stransky building across the street from them. It is a huge eyesore I think they still own it and it's been over 20 years since they have opened them doors.

Had to get a few windows repaired. Staff was very friendly and helpful. When the windows were ready they called me and even offered installation suggestions. Much appreciated. All windows look fantastic. Thanks.

The neighborhood "home depot" if you will. Conveniently located on the east side and has reasonable prices. Also tents and repairs tools.

This is the best hardware store in the City of Buffalo! It is a huge asset to our neighborhood. I've been living in this neighborhood for 20 years. They have never steered me wrong. Always full of great advice, not just trying to sell me things, but just trying to help!

Visited baily location. Guys were so nice, helped me load heavy bounce house into truck. Kids loved it!

Customer service is definitely a hit or miss thing when it comes to this place I’ve been going there for years but after my experience today no more business from me

I found that the cash register person when you first enter has no knowledge of what it's going on or which way to direct you if you have any questions. Most of the staff are friendly but there is slow.

The guys in the ware shop picking up our 18 foot water slide were very helpful and kind. They explainded the set up and take down processes

Great local hardware store that has a huge assortment of Rental gear. Folks there are super helpful. In literally less than 1 minute you can always find an associate who will take you to the area of the store that has the item you need. Espicially if its an unique hard to find item typically needed for older Buffalo City homes.
