This is one of the best company’s I have ever worked with when dealing with any issue. They gave me assurance about having bed bugs by following up with a treatment after the initial date. This is something that everyone should look for in a service like this given that a lot of landlords like to cut corners and go the cheap route. The solution used is effective and efficient. They are working well with me and I appreciate everything they have done since I had the initial infestation. They even worked with me to contact my landlord who may attempt to blame me if the issue persists.

I discovered that I had a beg bug problem earlier this week. After trying to treat it DIY, I reached out to Luis and his team in the middle of the night after I read a dozen reviews that he was the best in the business. Luis responded to me immediately (12.15 am) and arranged for his team to come and inspect the very next day and was ready to do the treatment. He sent me all the helpful information to understand the process and was kind and patient in answering all my questions and concerns throughout the next couple of days. Unfortunately I could not use his services because of the policy of my building management to use their own vendor but I would 100% recommend him to anyone for his amazing responsiveness and kindness in bearing with me through the last couple of days.

Scam business. Scammed my mom out of 1,600, broke her bed, left her apartment a mess. Couch tipped over and piled up “to dry”. Totally lazy piece of work this guy. She’s 72, recovering from knee surgery and he left her apartment like this with no warning. I called to complain about the broken bed and mess left behind, he threatened to show up at my moms house everyday to intimidate her until I take this down.

Luis and his team did an excellent job! They were responsive, thorough, and transparent throughout the entire process. I highly recommend their services.

I called inquiring about being bitten by bed bugs. He said some pics of the bite, he would let me know. Well they weren't bed bug bites. He could of gotten $$$ just because I was sold on them being bed bugs. The end.

Now a days no one is doing that being honest when money is involved. I definitely recommend this business although as you can read, I didn't need an inspection.

These exterminators charges us near 3K for a bedbug treatment. Just wanted to put this out here, if your okay spending thousands on treatment other places can do for a third of the price.

My husband had bites that appeared several nights in a row and we were worried it might be bed bugs. We called Above and Beyond and they responded immediately, asked to see a picture of the bites and were able to tell is they were not bed bug bites, and a dermatologist confirmed a few days later! We really appreciated the honesty, the quick response; I would 100% recommend these guys to anyone. If we did have bed bugs, I would trust them to take care of the problem based on their honesty and response, and he seemed like a stand up guy.

I came to meet Luis after being overcharged by another company (5000) for services. I was left with questions, and still, the problem persisted. Luis answered all of my questions and gave me pointers even though his company wasn't the one I hired at the time.
Fast forward to needing an exterminator again. I immediately hired Luis. His team was professional, patient, and sweet. We ended up having to hire him again (living in NYC buildings can be a hassle), and he was kind enough to give us a discount.
He consistently answers my texts when I get worried about any kind of bug bites (mosquitoes are back again) and does so with kindness.
Hands down, his company is the only one I would hire. The biggest blessing is not having to pack up a whole apartment and being able to come home and sleep with peace of mind.

We had a small bed bug incident that we were fortunate enough to catch early. Nonetheless it was a very upsetting time and they were there for us! Even though it was a minor issue in just one room that hadn’t had a chance to become a full infestation, they did a full thorough spray of the apartment.
