Can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. The staff is friendly, professional, and courteous. Ella is a wonderful and knowledgeable Acupuncturist, Tony is the best deep tissue massage therapist, and Ray at the front desk is very helpful with appointments and insurance claims and makes one feel most welcome. I always look forward to my appointments here.

I LOVE this place! Both my brothers are acupuncturists in Fl and I interned with one at a young age so I know skilled practitioners. Dr. Ella is amazing! She is like a wizard when it comes to understanding female hormones and reads my scalp to know how I'm feeling. I'm used to just having my pulse and tongue checked. And I am even more amazed they take insurance! The office staff is also really pleasant and always accomodates me for appointments.

Ella is a fabulous practitioner and very holistic. Her accupuncture, cupping, and homemade teas are so healing and relaxing. She pays attention to the whole person, is very caring, and professional.
(Edit one week later: the next time I went in they gave me an Amazon gift card for my review, which I didn't realize they would do. My review wouldn't change regardless but, for the sake of honesty, I wanted to disclose. I should add, I followed Ella to this location took the Washington Heights location bc I enjoy her that much!)

This place is awesome & so soothing. I recently started going here for an injury I had in January of 2020 & they are amazing. I feel so much relief of pain and tigtness. It's easy to fall asleep in this place. I am so happy I found them. The other best part is they are open 7 days a week from 9am-7pm. Check them out! I'm sure you will love it!

The clinic is very clean, and the problem of back pain and headache has been solved. There is a doctor named Ella who is very professional and beautiful.five stars recommended

I’ve an occurring upper back pain (neck/shoulders) and most recently an injured left hip from over overexertion at the gym. I then was desperately looking for a legit acupuncture center that accepts insurance near my area. I’m so glad I found ACA Acupuncture & Wellness - Columbus Circle through Google! Eva the receptionist was nice and both Dr. Lu and Dr. Jenny were soft-spoken, knowledgeable and professional. They patiently listened to all my physical issues and later recommended a personalized treatment plan (acupuncture and cupping) including a solution to my out-of-pocket situation due to my insurance. I’m happy to report that I’m into my 4th session (weekly basis) and almost pain-free! I can’t recommend ACA enough.
