Acacia Network, BASICS, LORRAINE COLEMAN as Vice President of Supportive Housing services deprived me of services and reasonable accommodarion made by my doctors and myself. In retaliation for filing SDHR Case No.: 10193000 and making complaints against Government agency's including BASICS INC, LORRAINE COLEMAN as Vice President refused reasonable accommodation request to improve Mr. Avila living Conditions and refused to come to Court in defense of Mr. Avila, despite their Attorney having a fiduciary relationship with my person because BASICS is Tenant Leaseholder of instant apartment and they are supposed to provide supportive services to my person. BASICS and LORRAINE COLEMAN as Vice President instead are aiding and abetting the retaliatory eviction by ignoring the fact that they were Summoned to Court to Answer the retaliatory eviction and have refused to accommodate Mr.avila with habitable housing by performance.
