Slowest service ever! Waiting over 2 weeks for my glasses to come in. Every time I call to check on my safety glasses they say “let me check with the lab”, then nothing. No follow up! Why am I unable to get answers. I really need the manager to address this situation. Asap.

Stopped in for a small fix on my sunglasses, which they did within minutes and for free! I'll definitely be back when I need a new pair of glasses. Great service and atmosphere.

I brought my 13 year old daughter here to pick out her 1st pair of glasses. Jason was super patient, kind and so very helpful, especially when she was indecisive about which pair she liked more. I will definitely return to get my next pair of glasses from them.

I never write reviews but absolutely had to write this one. I took my daughter to a different optometrist a few weeks ago because the soonest appointment I could get with Dr. Bowman was today and my daughter leaves tomorrow for college at 7am in Arizona. Well the optometrist we went to gave her the wrong prescription (too strong), and when she picked up her glasses (from a separate store) she could not see and was so upset. We thankfully were able to see Dr. Rory Bowman today and he confirmed that they were indeed too strong. I intended to bring the new glasses and now new prescription back to the store that did her eyeglasses, but Dr. Bowman informed us that they too, made a mistake in making the glasses and I had no idea how long it would take to get them back since the first time they said 1-2 days and it took 6 days. He said he could do it for us today. They called to see if the lenses were in stock (they were) and immediately sent someone to pick them up. He told us they would be ready in a couple of hours and sure enough they were! My daughter is extremely happy and says she can see perfectly now! From start to finish everyone at Access optical was terrific and they went above and beyond for us. I will NEVER go anywhere else! Thank you Dr. Bowman and your entire staff!

On July 4 weekend, I was visiting my girlfriend's family in Massepequa. I had forgotten my contacts (of all times when traveling) and was filled with anxiety as I have daily disposables. Access Optical customer service went above and beyond for a holiday weekend, and after I left a voicemail on their store phone, within 24 hours someone called me back and agreed to meet at the store to provide me some substitutes at no charge.

This was a GREAT experience from beginning to end. From the initial phone call to confirm if they accepted my insurance, scheduling my eye exam, going in and being attended at the time they schedule the appt, and then being able to pick out my frames and received a call 2 days later to confirm glasses were ready for pick up. Highly recommend this place. They truly understand the importance of great customer service.

I love Dr Bohen, he always does a great job with my eye exam. And this place referred me to TLC for my laysick eye surgery in 2005

I just went in today to fix my broken sunglasses, and tracey was very kind and helpful. They didn't charge me, which i was surprised. Its a 2 min easy job but other places probably would have charged $15 to fix. They were really great about it.
