Access Physical Therapy & Wellness, Rhinebeck NY

After going to several places I found Access PT Rhinebeck to be the best! Therapists always take time to start with massage and help your body get warmed up for exercise. I did not experience this at other offices. They also fit appointments to my schedule easily. I love the 7: 30am appointment slots. Thanks Access PT!

(writing this review on behalf of my mother who has taken my younger sister here for the past couple of months after a gymnastics injury) Wonderful experience with the therapists, however, the business could definitely improve their overall customer service experience by hiring more polite and professional desk/receptionist staff. My mother spoke to someone named Kristen over the phone whom came across as a bit rude and unprofessional - to the point where my mother actually wound up canceling my younger sister's last two appointments there due to the receptionist's poor phone etiquette. The "patient coordinators" are often the first point of contact and so it's important to maintain a polite and professional demeanor with the patients, especially over the phone. If my sister must go back to physical therapy - we are less likely to come back here due to this experience.

Hard to overstate what a wonderfully warm environment the team have created at Access. The rapport between colleagues is a joy to watch, and each member of the team is incredibly skilled and very patient.
My ankle was treated by Stephanie - I’ve now made a full recovery from some pretty tricky tendonitis, and I have Steph to thank. She was consistently relaxed, attentive, and open to questions.
My visits were a pleasure and I miss them already! They even gave me a graduation shirt!

THE BEST TEAM EVER! Our 3 year old son had a little accident with his hand and needed some help we were not equipped to give him. We really got so lucky to find Access PT!
“Playing”with the therapists have been the highlight of our week, there are so kind, so patient, so knowledgeable, so clever with the activities and games they come up with to work on his hand! Our son loves them all so much he talks about them all the time, and how much fun he has there! They play his favorite song, remember his favorite colors, get down on the floor with him to bear crawl! I mean. I cannot express enough how grateful we are to the whole team at Access PT for how amazing and helpful they have been to our little boy for the past few month! We Cannot recommend them enough! And we will never go anywhere else for all our family PT needs! We love you Dr Steph, Dr Cat and Dr Nicole! Brooklyn will never forget all the fun he had with you healing his hand!

Excellent service and attentiveness. Truly felt cared about holistically throughout my entire physical therapy process. Gave me hope and the ability to recover from my back injury. Highly recommend!

I came to Access PT in Rhinebeck after having busted my shoulder surfing. I spent 6 months letting it heal on its own. I thought that I would never be able to swim again let alone surf. The team at Access put together a program for me. I immediately started gaining mobility and strength. Every week my pain levels decreased. I am happy to say that I am now able surf again. Thanks
