ACE dental, Buffalo NY

Everyone was so polite and friendly, they were very gentle as well! They walked through each step of the choices for my care so that I understood them, I would highly recommend them as they are simple quick, efficient and again very polite!

Horrible and I’m just gonna leave it there the front staff where wonderful and the one who took my X-ray but the dentist him self horrible he need to be better understanding with people with mental illness just say or phobia about the dentist some people are highly terrified and it was like brushed off and told to go somewhere else. Do you think I didn’t try that I have do you think they answered my phone call when they told me to go home and try to call know they did it, so I will say all the other stuff is great, but the dentist is it.

I was unaware that getting a referral to you would disqualify me to be a new patient the receptionist should have stated that but I do appreciate you taking the time to pull my extractions I would really like to become a new patient as I stated when I called I only asked them for a referral because it was an emergency and every other dentist is not excepting new patient. They only did my exam that’s all

Have been in aching pain for months, the Doctor told me I needed a Root Canal. I have a severe dental phobia and even cleanings make me sweat. The doctor and his assistant did great and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Didnt feel a thing, 10/10 reccomend!

Came to ACE dental with extreme dental anxiety and a bad case of tooth decay due to genetic issues and years of caffeine and smoking. The whole office puts you at ease. They have been nothing but fantastic, make sure you are comfortable and informed the whole way. Highly recommend!

I Would ABSOLUTELY NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST I WAS A NEW PATIENT TODAY I HAD VEHICLE ISSUES SOMETHING OUT OF MY CONTROL SO HAD TO SWITCH TIMES TO BE THERE AND COULDN'T MAKE IT AND NOW THEY ARE REFUSING TO SEE ME AT ALL I HAVE 3 TEETH THAT NEED TO BE PULLED I Haven't EATING IN FOUR DAYS BECAUSE THE NERVES ARE EXPOSED UNBELIEVABLE YES BECAUSE IM IN SEVER PAIN SO YOU MOVED ME FROM THE 11TH TO TODAY AND YES I WAS HALFWAY THERE WHEN I GOT A FLAT TIRE SO IT WAS GOING TO MAKE ME LATE SO I CALLED YOU AT 10: 40 TO ADVISE YOU I WASNT Going TO MAKE IT AT 11 AND YOU REFUSED TO SEE ME THINGS HAPPENED THAT I COULDNT PREVENT AND YOU Didn't EVEN CARE

I am so grateful for Ace Dental! I needed oral surgery to remove wisdom teeth and 2 broken molars that kept getting abscesses and had been on 5 rounds of antibiotics in a 4 month span of time! Every place I tried to have my teeth pulled out that was needed had a 1 or 2 yr waitlist for oral surgery opening. I called Ace Dental and they brought me in for consultation and 2 weeks later my teeth were FINALLY removed by a Dentist that understands teeth pain and not a ridiculous waitlist! I couldn't sleep because I had horrible headaches and bloody noses from the abscesses and the terrible pain.

Dr. Ramchandrareddy goes above and beyond to help his patients. All of the hygienests and staff are very friendly. This is the best dental office that I have ever been to.

He is awesome and the work is quality. I recommend this place to anyone that needs a dentist.

My experience at Ace at first was Great, no problems every staff member was so nice and helpful. I had cleaning done and a Crown put in. 1 month after getting Crown, I had a filling fall out. I called and asked to have it filled and he denied me. Said has to have Crown. I asked if he could do filling for now because of the expense of the Crown just couldn't afford to do another one right away. He said no, thats it. I went somewhere else and had filling done no problem. Moral of stry he doesn't care to help just greedy for the money. Thanks for hanging me out to dry. Also I was a new customer. So I had to go amd setup services elsewhere. What a pain.

It was one of you're fillings that fell out. And also the one I had replaced has lasted longer than yours. So it wasn't a problem with insurance it was I should get a Crown or I won't help you. Thanks
