personel, very helpful and polite. I prefer speaking with an individual rather than odering on line. I am highly pleased with
the products, USA made. Recieved order quickly. I recommend

If you want it just tell them via Email and it WILL happen if they have it. Quick shipment and merchandise is as advertised. Are a small business that appreciates our orders. Nice folks, too.

Finally found the right replacement for 2 small nylon military flags. They came well packaged in a sturdy tube. I would have liked to order 3 flags but the shipping cost went up with the third. They arrived in good time

After putting in the wrong shipping address I had to email customer service and they were able to change the shipping address before the item shipped. Then there was an issue with the post office and the package was returned to sender. After a couple more emails with customer service they were able to ship the item again to me correctly. Very professional and speedy responses from this company and I would certainly buy from them again.
