My roof in my apartment has leaked over 30 times and is now just a mash up of duct tape and garbage bags. They promise the world and give you nothing. I cant mail my rent because it always "goes missing". Business is never open and if you do ever walk in they have the worst attitude until you pull out money then they ask for more. During covid they raised my rent.

Beware. Do not rent from ACE Management
1) They do not answer calls or they put you on hold indefinitely. In good faith, one time I waited for nearly 30 minutes.
2) They will promise security deposits and then withhold them. "The woman that oversees this" is never there.
3) There was a significant number of robberies in our building, including mail from the entry hallway - the security cameras were broken and they did not fix or replace them.
4) The people who stay in these buildings are the people that have to stay in these buildings, you can imagine some of the neighbors.
5) ACE Realty does not respect their tenants unless you are in one of their high-end buildings. Expect no communication or support.
I was incredibly offended because we felt mislead and our good-faith actions (such as painting before we moved), were not respected. We were trying to communicate, and nothing.

This property management company is a nightmare. If you're fortunate enough to be reading this review (and the others) prior to signing a lease with them, DO NOT SIGN. The person who said to run, not walk away was right. Steer clear of these criminals. Find an apartment anywhere else if you're able to do so, because if you don't, they will do everything in their power to steal from you.

They're withholding my security deposit on the grounds that I was uncooperative when the super and broker contacted me to gain access to show the apartment, which is simply a lie.

The super and broker did not make any effort to contact me to gain access, since if they had, I would have gladly granted them access. They are straight-up lying and trying to bully me out of this money, moreover, at a time when I'm unemployed due to COVID and desperately need the money, which is rightfully mine.

Steer clear of these crooks. They will do everything they can to lie, cheat, and steal from you. They deserve to go out of business, preying on poor people, especially in the time of covid-19.

Buildings are disgusting: the roaches are rampant, the supers never do any work, and if you need them for anything, they'll be dismissive and lazy and get mad at you for bothering them.

This company is unprofessional and awful. They WILL try to steal your security deposit. This is guaranteed. True justice would have them fail as a business.
