Before I even went to the place I tried calling. They have about 3 different numbers and none of them work. You call get 3 options and no matter which one you choose it immediately hangs up. Don't even waste your time going there if your under 25 and don't have a credit card. They won't rent you a car and you won't find that out until you get there. To the owner fix the phone that way people can ask questions before coming there

I recently just moved out of NYC! I can back to visit my mom and need a rental car and a friend recommend Ace! The biggest mistake every! The car was dented up old and and looks terrible inside so I refused it! The next one smelled like someone had a whole marijuana factory in it! Never again!

This is a terrible company, with no new cars/SUVs, which I believe uses illegal bait and switch tactics (required their $50 daily insurance on a $22 rental) after not accepting my insurance. I've driven 54k miles in the last year with SIXT, Hertz and AVIS and I've never seen a worse customer service. They made me wait 45 minutes because theye had NO SUVs when I arrived and then hid behind 'policy' to take my money while I didn't even rent from them. Beware, stay away, they are in a cheap trailer -pure evil. 0 stars

I rented many times from here already. I love their service they are providing.
I rented with debit card and purchased their Complete Coverage and they lowered my deposit from $500 to 200$. Their insurance are good option to purchase if you don’t wanna risk with your own insurance because your premium might go up incase of damage. Plus their insurance is in house and loss of use is included. You don’t pay anything out of your pocket. Great deals recommend.
