Absolute trash. If there was a negative star I'd give it. This woman has ZERO BUSINESS sense, terrible, ineffective way of coordinating appointments and made me waste my time traveling 2 hours to cone an incorrect appointment she gave me. Don't water your time. Garbage service. Should be a negative rate.res

Could see huge differences in my skin the two times that I’ve been here (I.e smooth, clear, glowy). The extraction part is a little painful but definitely worth it.

Had my first facial extraction yesterday… will 100% come back! Hannah is super thorough and knowledgeable and narrated what she was doing every step of the way so I always knew what was happening. At the end she showed me what products to use to keep healing my skin. I have extremely oily skin and have dealt with cysts and blackheads since I was 13, so I was a bit nervous from (many) facial extraction experiences I went thru in the past. Hannah made me feel comfortable the entire time, and while it did hurt, it was not nearly as painful as I expected!

Hannah has helped my skin so so much. I have done two rounds of accutane and still did not have clear skin Until I started coming to her. I have gone to many estheticians and I have never been to an esthetician that has done extractions the way she does and while it can be a little painful it is so worth it. I trust her so much because she tells me when I actually don’t need certain treatments. Also she recommends amazing products and a skincare routine that have helped so much and helped me rather than react to my acne but active proactively to get ahead of it! I was going every month for the first three months and now I only need to once every two to three months. I used to have cystic acne a lot around my neck and jawline and clogged pores on the rest of my face and It has been almost a year now and my skin is completely changed. My skin is always legit glowing after a facial with her! Also she makes sure you are comfortable and the extractions are not too painful throughout the entire process. Could not recommend more.

Hannah is incredible! She really takes the time to speak with you about your concerns and needs. She describes the treatments she recommends so you can make an informed decision. While she’s working she explains what she’s doing so you really understand what’s happening. I had microdermabrasion and a facial and my skin has never felt or looked better. Hannah also took the time to completely revamp my (old and tired) skincare routine. She recommends drug/beauty store products and doesn’t sell anything directly so you can trust her recommendations are motivated by what’s best for your skin not her wallet. Hannah is my new go-to for skincare.

An absolute pleasure! She was fantastic, comforting, and efficient in every single way. She’s very meticulous in fixing every area on the skin. She’s very delicate and considerate in reading the skin and goes the extra mile to explain all that is happening with the skin and recommend products to cure your acne. I struggled with horrible cystic and hormonal acne; nothing worked: dieting, dermatologists, nutrition, but when I went to Hannah, she fixed all of my acne in what I felt like a blink of an eye. I’ve never had clearer and healthier skin than when I went to Hannah. I recommend her to anyone and everyone who’s looking for an esthetician. She is exceptionally kind, welcoming, and friendly, and she almost feels like a big sister when talking to her. She is amazing!

Im someone with very problematic skin, white heads, sensitive, rosacea, blackheads, textured etc. Hannah was so knowledgeable and gave me so much information. Very very kind and respectful person. I definitely recommend her. I feel very insecure about my skin and I instantly felt comfortable around her. There’s a difference between a spa that massages your face and a clinic that focuses on deep cleaning and if you truly want to clean out your skin this is the place to go. She truly cares about your skin and listens to your concerns, the experience was great! Thanks Hannah! <3

Zero service for a client. I just wasted my time and ruined all my plans for the day. I was late for 10 minutes for a session. Ok it happens. I apologized. Then I asked for some water. They didn’t have any (lol what?) said that I can get it at the deli at the corner (also mentioned that she had a client after me if I wanna go to the deli. Lol what again? You don’t have any water for clients and I should feel thirsty for the next hour. Thanks no. When I was back she rejected me in any service. Once again. One way of how you can waste your time in the morning. Disappointed (before rejecting she also put something on my face (I don’t know she didn’t tell) and didn’t wash it off)

Simply the best facial I've gotten in NYC. I'm so glad I've found Hannah. The place is clean, and Hannah is extremely thorough and skilled. I've been using the products she recommended. My skin has never been better. (All the products she recommended can be easily found in CVS and Amazon. Affordable and effective!)

Hannah is great. Not only she'd tell you as it is, she would follow up with recommendations and list of products you can use at home. My concern going to any skin specialist is that they are usually salesy trying to sell you bunch of products you don't need. I didn't feel that way with Hannah at all. She gave me bunch of drugstore derm approved recommendations suitable for my skin concerns. Did extractions hurt? Sure. It took about a week for my skin to heal, but once it did, what a difference it made! She clears everything out!

I got an extraction done a month ago and She was very thorough and knowledgeable about skincare for my individual concerns. My skin looks better than ever.

Everyone should go to her with any skin problems. I think she has a better eye than most dermatologists. Her recommendations are bar none holy grail. She is also very honest. The extractions will be painful - both immediately and to look at 4-5 days after, but it is very necessary. My skin hasnt looked better in nearly a year.

After I turned 30, my hormones went whack and I started getting cystic acne like no other. There was also a lot of stressors like not enough sleep, anxiety etc.and Hannah resolved to make my skin better. I did need retinol/some form of acid but what she recommended worked perfectly for my skin. After dedicated use of her products for 2-3 months, I saw dramatic improvement. The better my skin looked, the more confident I felt as well. The cycle of bad skin, more stress disappeared. I highly recommend going to see her, even if no major acne problems!

5 star! Overall experience is great! Hannah will check on your acne situation and will educate you, she’ll explain to you everything so don’t worry. As a guy who’s not so into skin care and all this kind of stuff, she made me comfortable while I was there. The extraction process for me

Hannah was really professional and kind throughout the entire experience and knew a lot about healthy skincare. I went in for a deep pore cleaning facial and a microdermabrasion and Hannah made the entire experience very comfortable and soothing. She took the time to explain the process, examined my skincare products, and provided me with recommendations and advice for how to take care of my skin.

Absolutely amazing, my skin has never been so smooth and clear. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for skincare advice and consultations.

Hannah has done wonders for my skin. I have fungal acne that was persistently reappearing and leaving hyper pigments on my face. Hannah was very knowledgeable about my type of acne and actively listened to my acne concerns, while providing feedback on my skincare routine.

After speaking with Hannah, I went for the microdermabrasion and deep pore cleaning facial. Hannah guided me throughout this process, reassuring me by explaining each step along the way. I felt comfortable throughout the procedure and appreciated how thorough she was with the deep extractions. Once done the treatment was done, Hannah explained what skincare products to use and provided advice to improve my skincare routine.

Hannah was super knowledgable and professional throughout the process. She took the time to understand my current skincare routine and analyze which parts of my routine needed improvement before the session.

She was very reassuring & understanding during the cleansing and microdermabrasion process. She took the time to explain every step she was doing, and what the result would be for my skin. I really appreciated her recommendations afterwards to improve my skincare routine, so that I could set myself up for success after the session.

If you want to revamp your skincare journey the right way, I could not recommend a session with Hannah more!

Hannah was super professional and knew so much about skincare. She extracted all of my acne from my face and gave me some really helpful tips regarding management of my skin to make sure my acne doesn't come back. Highly recommend if you want to kickstart your acne journey! She basically takes everything out of your face so that you have a clean slate to work off of.

Very knowledgable! I wouldn’t say it was a calming lovely experience but if you want extraction and the real deal and a woman who knows what she’s talking about and what she’s doing it’s for you!
