Isabella Lofts water main break and same day had a fire. NO INFORMATION SENT TO TENANTS. Apparently fire was on 3rd floor but the fire department decided to spray up the entire area not caught on fire leaving residue everywhere. Again its the weekend. No water for at all for 2 days and now entire floor is stained in residue

Dangerous, unprofessional, and dirty. Do not move into a property that is managed by these slum lords. The property I live in (Isabella Lofts) is riddled with crime and the landlords ignore it, trash everywhere, and service problems constantly. The property manager Dan refuses to return phone calls and lies about building repairs and issues. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

We worked with Courtney Joslin and she was very transparent, honest, and helpful throughout our home buying process. It was our first time buying a home and she helped us find a beautiful family home that we can enjoy for years to come. She made it quick and as stress free as possible.

5th time in 4 months water has leaked from ceiling/appliance in apartment. No reparations have been made or follow up after the incident on December 13th where I slipped and fell as a result and needed medical attention. The elevator isn't even up to code.

If there was an option for zero stars, I still feel that would be too high of a rating. We are very disappointed with every aspect of our transactions. Empty guarantees and promises, tardy, poor communication. Very difficult to get honest answers. Very confrontational when professionally brought to their attention.
