We have been a satisfied customer of Action Security since the 1980's. With the addition of a 3 Season Room and replacement of 2 house doors we were in need of additional capability. Action recommended rather than hard wire further services that we could essentially triple capacity, a hybrid of hard wired and wireless, for a modest increase in price. We went with the new system and couldn't be more happy. The install was a job well done and money well spent. Thanks go to Brian in sales and installer Carmen.

In 2003, a neighbor recommended Action Security to us for monitoring our previously installed and unmonitored fire and entry alarm system. Action sent a representative to our rural location to evaluate our existing system and suggest potential updates. Upon agreement, Action made the improvements efficiently and neatly, and the connection to their central monitoring location via POTS (plain old telephone system) was made. We have had no equipment failures, but we know that Action is monitoring because they immediately catch our occasional “whoops! I forgot to disarm the alarm” moments. The only system trouble calls we have had were caused by the external POTS lines. Recently, when Action Security called us to offer installation of a more reliable cellular communicator, we accepted, and now have a more reliable system. We remain very pleased with Action Security’s equipment, service and the responsiveness of their personnel, and strongly recommend them.
