Acuiderm Jian Cui Dermatology PC reviews
15This clinic is great, i would recommend to my friends and family. I have great experience with all of their department (front desk/doctor/and assistant) especially the girl name Maggie, she is very nice and patient by listening to my my problem and very professional recommendations. The best doctor office I have ever visit in the east coast.
Pleasant front desk staff morning of my appointment. I was early but I was admitted to see Dr Su soon after signing in. I have seen him every 3 months since the beginning of the year recommending various treatments for my skin conditions with gradual improvement. Good doctor who listens patiently and not feel rushed. Looking forward to my next visit.
Dr. Cui and his professional nurse removed 2.8" lipoma on left thigh. After injection of Lidocaine, 30 min lapsed, doc started proceeding, it took 10 to 15 minutes with removing and stitched. Dr. Cui is very experinced and professional surgeon. Im sure we don't need to go to NYHQ, or NorthWell. I recommend any browsers who are hesitant to go with Dr. Cui. I will post again after two week follow up!
Good place for skin care, as of the time I’m typing this, they’re getting rid of a skin disease on my thumb.
I had an itchy arm for a week. I went to see Dr Cui and was diagnosed as poison ivy. They prescribed the right medicine and I feel better in two days.
Terrible experience, I wish to give ZERO star if possible. (It is a bit long, but please read it if you are considering to get clinical consultation or treatment from this place)
I think I might have some fungal infection on the left side of my right foot, and it was developing inflammation after I put on antifungal cream. I couldn't schedule an appointment with my usual dermatologist within the week, so I made an appointment with Dr. Cui's office in Flushing. On my call, I believe I confirmed with the reception that Dr. Cui will be in the office, so I was expecting to have him checking on my issue. He did not show up, instead Dr. Su (? I think it's him) came in, fine. I showed him what I have, without close up observation, he was at least 3 feet away from me, he claimed it is eczema. I was trying to talk to him more about what I experienced, and what I used. He did not even try to listen to anything I said, and kept saying it is eczema, not even explaining the different between the two. He told me that he will not prescribe anything because I don't trust him, and that I will not use whatever he planned to prescribe me because I don't trust him. Well, HOW CAN I TRUST SOMEONE WHO DON'T EVEN CHECK MY PROBLEM! (I went to my PCP after, in comparison, she looked up, touched, pressed, asked me if it hurts, itches, do I feel it being swollen, and what cream I used. Explained thoroughly what she thought it might be, and what I should do. I am not asking the doctor to confirm what I think it is, but at least check it before you diagnose what it is.)
Excellent doctor and staff:) Very friendly and professional. I am very happy to have found Dr. Cui
Everything was great and will recommend to others but some people I know do not have the patience to wait a long time to be seen…
I went to the clinic on the weekend of 8/13 and walked in at 4: 45. I didn’t know they close at 5. The front desk lady was upset and yelling and screaming because she wanted to leave at 5 pm; her behavior was as if she was in a Chinese supermarket. I called during the weekday to reschedule but was told on the phone I couldn’t reschedule because it was all booked. I give it three stars because I have done cosmetic surgery here before, and the person I had a consultation with when I went in apologized for the front desk behavior. I like the overall experience, but the front desk lady needs to relax and understand is her job and if she doesn’t want to stay late, then stay home.
Got an appointment right away! The staff was friendly efficient. The doctor was nice and listened to my concerns.
Excellent for professionalism, service, office space, and advanced equipment and facilities.
One of the best experiences I have had with at a physician's office! Excellent patient care, very knowledgeable staff and attentive to procedure. My daughter and I truly appreciate the doctors here and we highly recommend this office to all others!
I went yesterday! I got an appointment for the same day and I am satisfied with the procedure.
This is a magic place! I went there with no hope of my treatment but they did the miracle happened. Thank you yo my dr and her crew!
Many thanks
I have been a patient with Dr Cui very long time, i still prefer to see him even i moved to Florida through Virtual visit. Two weeks ago I had a urgent matter and had to see the local dermatologist which they prescribed me Doxycycline, metronidazole and Elidel cream. As the days passed until four days after, my condition became more severe, the break out spread out even more. So i decided to see Dr Cui scheduled a Vitural visit, unfortunately Dr Cui was not available only Dr Su. According to Dr Su, i was diagnosed Rosacea, which he told me to stop the cream right away, continue taking Doxycycline and he prescribe me Clindamycin phosphate topical lotion (This medication is used to treat acne) which my condition was not acne issue.after four days my face started to get little swollen, called Dr Su and he claimed Rosacea supposed to be swollen, and you have acarids in your blood. (I didn't do any blood work) he also mentioned for now do not use Clindamycin lotion, just use vaseline, you need to keep taking Doxycycline, it takes time to treat your condition.if you have more question you can fly back to New York. " Right on the next morning, my whole face was like a fire ball and swollen eyelids, I could feel the heartbeats on my face. I ended up in a urgent care, which they found out I’m allegoric to Doxycline. They had to give me steroid. I really have no idea what to say.
