Scarsdale Acura is clean and prompt. My car was taken before my scheduled appointment time. A bit pricey but it's Sacrsdale‍️ Computer generated diagnostic report given is an awesome tool. Gives you a run down of what your car really need. Got a price quote for a certain oil blend but the tech realized after the fact that because of the make of my car, I needed a different oil blend. Scarsdale Acura was so accommodating and waived the cost of the oil upgrade. Your car will be sanitized and strict precautions taken to protect against COVID. Bring a mask! Scarsdale Acura is super clean and efficient. Christine was very helpful throughout the entire process. Only CON is that you don't get the complimentary car wash like Larchmont Acura. Overall good experience.

Not happy with this dealership, i recieved a letter in the mail, basically asking me to bring in my current vehicle and they can get me into a new lease early with no fees and 0 down, so I did. When I arrive, they tell me the complete opposite! They raised the lease monthly payment by $250 dollars to lease a new vehicle and wanted me to pay a ridiculous amount of money out of pocket! They said I'm better of financing the current vehicle, meanwhile the letter did not say anything about financing the lease.complete waist of time.

I just did a trade in and got a 2019 Acura Mdx from Acura Westchester. All I can say I had very smooth and good experience, all thanks to Phil the sales guy, he was very on point and never pushy. Keep the good work Phil.

On Saturday 9/18/21, my car had to be towed in for service. As the service department was then closed. Vinny, a salesman, went out of his way to help me cover the windows which weren't able to close. Sal Gambitta, my service representative, was likewise extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire repair process. They are both highly commendable employees.

I went car shopping to so many dealerships and I finally found Acura of weschester. Highly recommend buying your next car here. They got me in a car the same day and took care of any issues or concerns I had immediately. If anyone ever has any problems or concerns ask for Dan Giannotti he is the general sales manager. Amazing work ethic and is very concusumer friendly. I will definitely be coming to this dealership always going forward.

I have to say if I could rate this dealership with a zero I would. I have only had my RDX for less than one month and I have had to go to the service department every week of that past one month. There were issues and damage to the vehicle that were noted at the time of purchase and no one has followed up with me about when parts are delivered and setting up appointments to fix the damage. If I didn’t call I would hear nothing. This goes from the sales representative that I worked with to the service advisors. To make matters worse, every time the vehicle has been taken to the service department it comes back with new damage. The communication, professionalism, and customer service in general has been egregious. All was well when I was looking to buy the vehicle, but since the purchase it has been a completely different and negative experience. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone and I caution anyone from buying or leasing from them.

The service has changed and this location no longer cares for customer loyalty. After 12 years of leasing cars with this location and being treated poorly I will no longer return. Management is horrible! Take your money else where! You will be waiting at the door without anyone greeting you.

I tried to book a service appointment asking for a loaner and was told that they don't give one to cards that were not bought here. Since when did this happen? I always had my service done at this location and got a loaner all the time. I don't want to wait around for my car to get fixed their small facility and catch a virus.

I went to purchase a car and the same day I went i was helped by Michael. I filled out all the paperwork and was told he would have an answer for me in 24 hours. The next day came and I called and was told someone would get back to me that same day and no one ever did. On saturday I was called back and they were still beating around the bush. Today I called since yesterday was a holiday (labor day) and was told Michael isn’t in. This place is unprofessional you’re reassured when youre in front of a car salesperson and when you leave it’s literally like you’re swept under the rug. No one cares I think at this point I’m just going to get my deposit refunded back to me.

Really disappointed with this dealership. Took the car I recently purchased into a body shop to get some additional work done and they easily identified that the car had previously been in an accident and had collision repair work done. This was not on the carfax since the customer paid for the repairs. Car was previously a lease for the dealership though. Would they of known? Who knows.

This doesn’t even speak to the electrical issues I had almost immediately after buying the car and the ordeal that caused me.

Cars and breakdowns happen but ultimately dealerships are responsible for the inventory they present to the public and it is fair to say this Acura dealership is strictly motivated on moving a large amount of vehicles without care to the quality of car they offer to their customers. Feels like I bought this thing at an auction! (2018 Acura TLX A-spec).

If you are looking for a strong price without regard to what you might be getting, this dealership works for you. If you are looking for quality and are willing to pay a small amount more (relative to the investment) go somewhere else.

Worst experience at Acura today was told that they would take my lease I would not have to pay my remaining 5 months that was a lie it is only valid if I get a new one I have been here for 4 hours waiting bcs the sale rep jose Crespo gave my car keys to someone else so I have been waiting on his return for 2 hours worst customer service every

I am completely disappointed and upset with Acura of Westchester! I have been a Loyal Customer for over 10 years. I'm sadden to know that Frank Ferraro is no longer with them. He was the best thing in that dealership! I just recently purchased two RDX 2021 one in December another one in May from Frankie and just purchased an MDX 2022 all in less then 6 months. I had the worst car sales associate ever (Dmitry). I came in as soon as I got the call that my New car had arrived. They brought the car up front took the keys to my Lexus RX 350 F Sport 2018 and I proceeded to go look at my new car without regard they took the plates out of my Lexus RX 350 F Sport without asking if I needed to check anything or make sure I left nothing behind. The next day as I was trying to get my new car organized I noticed I was Missing a few of my Sun Glasses and left a couple of other items behind. I called Dmitry and herd nothing from him texted him and he told me he was off that he would call the dealership and make them aware that I left stuff behind. I decided to just go in person as oppose to waiting for a call back.on my way to the dealership Dmitry called to inform me that he did notice I left stuff behind smh, so instead of calling me to let me know he decided not to say a word or even have the common courtesy to let anyone else know. I've also purchased the Trailer Hitch for my MDX 2022 at the same time as I purchased my car. I was told that it would be in at the end of the week and I've been waiting almost three weeks now! This has to be the worst service I've ever had! Dmitry had horrible mannerism it felt like I was bothering him the entire time I dealt with him.once he got the deal he never even called me back after several messages regarding the statues of the trailer hitch I have still to hear from him!

The staff at Acura of Westchester are unorganized and have poor communication skills. If you MUST use this dealership, do yourself a favor and AVOID MATT BELOV and also ensure you get FULL copies of all the paperwork BEFORE you leave.

Acura of Ramsey was a much better experience. I dealt with Nick Mazzilli who was informative, honest and straight forward. I got a great deal and am happy I shopped around. I'd gladly recommend him to anyone looking to step into an Acura.
