Let’s just say I would not take my car here for servicing. I had 4 new tires installed and needed to go back four times to get it right. The tires were either incorrectly sealed or some other reason why the tires were constantly losing air. Makes you wonder technically how proficient these guys are with any service. If you pay a premium by going to the dealership for service, it better be good and it is not. Nice service manager but who cares when you need to go back and waste so much of you time there.
Not only did I purchase my car here but have been servicing my car here for years! Wouldn’t trust my Acura with any other dealer but Rallye. Customer service is too priority here. They treat all customers like “family”. Very reassuring to have them. Enza and Moon are the greatest!
Honest and professional service. Prompt vehicle delivery. No hidden fees whatsoever. It took exactly 20 minutes for me to drive out my new Acura MDX from the dealership. Highly recommended. A+!
Becareful of work recommendations. I was incorrectly informed that I needed an air filter change as part of my oil change. I frequently change my own cabin and engine filters. And I did so just weeks ago! When I explained, the service guy went into shop and came back moments later apologizing. Sounds very suspicious and wonder if this "mistake" happens frequently.
Purchased my 2022 Acura MDX Type S Advance from this dealership. Went to the Service Department on October 4th, 2022 due a clunking noise when turning the steering wheel side to side. After doing some research, I found out that this is a common problem with 2022 Acura MDX's due to the tie rod ends being improperly torqued from the factory. I went to the Service Department at 7: 00am which is opening time. I was told by Service Advisor Kenny Persaud that since I didn't have an appointment and refuse to leave my truck, I couldn't be helped. I guess this is how they treat a customer who spent $74k before taxes on a truck. I didn't leave my truck because it's my only means of transportation, I wasn't offered a loaner vehicle and tightening up tie rod ends to factory spec doesn't take long. I ended up going to the Paragon Acura Service Department which took care of the problem in less than 40 minutes.
I bought a new car from Danny Park at Rallye. I can't say enough good things about this dealership or Danny! Danny is a phenomenal sales person. He did all the legwork and made everything so easy. We did everything over the phone and I had my car in a little over 24 hours! He beat out every other dealers price! I almost gave up on the car while working with Bay Shore Acura, but after being referred to Danny I now have a car dealer that I can trust! They even stayed late so I could pick up the car. If you are looking for an Acura, this is the place to go!

I recently bought a Certified Acura MDX 2019 from Rallye Acura in Roslyn NY and wanted to share my excellent buying experience working with Danny Park and the dealership team.
At the time of looking for a vehicle in Q1/2022, the chip shortage has resulted in limited inventory for new and used vehicles. After a couple of months of not finding a vehicle matching my criteria with local dealers in Raleigh NC area, I expanded my online search to a wider radius along the East coast. When buying a vehicle remote to your area, my advice is to buy a new or Certified vehicle, and find a reputable dealership. With my expanded online search, I found a very nice Certified 2019 MDX that met my criteria (ie.low miles, features, color preference, reasonably priced) at the Rallye Acura dealership.
I carefully looked at Google and Yelp reviews and found many positive comments on the buying experience and integrity of the Rallye Acura dealership. Danny Park (Floor Manager and Salesperson) was mentioned many times very favorably in the reviews so I sought him out. I called Danny late Wed and within an hour we worked out a deal and completed the pre-approval for Acura Financing. On Thursday I flew to NY to complete the deal in person and pickup the MDX.
Danny and the Rallye Acura dealership had everything in order. From the moment I arrived, Danny greeted me at the door and guided me through the buying process in a very timely manner. Danny was great to work with in that he is professional, trustworthy and very friendly. There were no games trying to add in fees or upsell. Everything was as it should be as we agreed upon. After I performed a test drive and review of the vehicle features, Danny arranged for me to work with Julio Herrera in the Sales / Finance dept to complete the paperwork. Julio was also very friendly and great to work with.

Our newly leased vehicle has been in the shop since December.it is now March. We've been provided updates and almost every time I'm told they're waiting on parts.
Not only am I paying hundreds each month to lease a car I cannot use but I'm also forking over thousands for a rental on top of that.
Hard not to compare this experience to one I've had with a local shop where (while waiting for parts) they put the vehicle together to allow us to drive it while waiting for the parts to arrive. This was so we wouldn't have to pay thousands for a rental.
Mr Tammaro is the best service advisor I ever met in Acura! I had issues with Acura in northern blvd queens paragon … but Acura rallye really helped me out with the issues I had. I’m forever grateful for Mr tammaro he is really the guy to go too! Please don’t go to Acura Paragon! Go to rallye!
I brought in my 2020 Mdx with only 10,000 miles and was charge for a rear differential fluid change over 300 dollars and later find out that it was needed after 50,000 miles what a ripoff this is my second lease with this Dealer will not take my car for service here anymore…. So disappointed
The place is very clean and staffs are nice. But the wait time is very very long. You basically have to give up your day for a simple service. Overall ok.

Both Joe and Abid were amazing. A truly wonderful experience, I recommend coming to this Acura if you are in the area, they truly do take care of you and make sure you leave happy. Could not have asked for a better experience purchasing an Acura.
