John did an amazing job of giving me balayage in a natural brown shade as I’d requested. In fact, he was able to lift my natural black color without using bleach. I’ve been complimented on my hair left and right with the balayage giving me the perfect change from my previous color. Had a great overall experience and recommend this salon.

I have never written a review before but this deserves one. I have had MANY keratins over the years and have never had an issue until now. The past several treatments I had at Oggi Adam & Eve with Sue B who, happy for her but unfortunately for me, moved away. Her keratins were always perfect and I never had any issues or complaints. My recent one on March 25th with a new stylist (Marissa F) however, not the case. After my first shampoo (24 hours plus later - this particular treatment only has a 24 hour waiting period) I knew something was not right. We were going away down South where it was hot & humid and my next shampoo down there proved this treatment was not what it should have been. My hair was difficult to dry and after drying it was big and not smooth like it should have been. I know this for a fact because I’ve had this treatment in the past with Sue B and went away to Mexico where it’s hot and humid and my hair was always perfect. It was easy to dry, smooth and my waves were not there. I called the salon while I was away and set up an appointment so she could take a look at my hair. Needless to say when she saw my hair she said nothing was wrong with it and my two most difficult areas (by my ear where my hairs does an “s” wave) she told me the keratin would not take away the curl. As I said, I have had MANY MANY keratins and NEVER did that section of hair have the “S” wave after the keratin. I don’t have CURLY hair I have thick, coarse hair with some waves. The keratins have always smoothed out my waves for at least 2-3 months…so I think I should know what my hair should be like after keratin. She said she would give me a “discount” the next time she did my treatment. How much of a discount because 100% would be appropriate since I was clearly not happy with the results and never had any complaints with prior treatments. Honestly I don’t want to have another treatment with her, especially if the end result will be the same. I should have spoken with a manager or owner and requested a full or partial refund. I did ask Janet at the front desk what were my options if I wanted another stylist to redo the treatment and she did not know and said when I called for an appointment she would have an answer for me.

I contacted them as they were one the convenient locations provided by Jon Renau's website. I am new to the hair piece world and went this place to seek sound advice for someone with a lack confidence in wearing wigs mindset and condition as mine. I was recommended a 1400 dollar hair piece that I was told could be styled to suit me when it came in form order. I was told that it be best to go longer because my hair does grow just not thick or fast enough. I waited months to pick up the hair piece so that my hair could be longer to fit the piece. It was still too long and the hair dresser had opened and styled my piece. I asked her to cut it and we discussed why not and to just trim some long bangs. It was decided that I could wash it and come back if I need to restyle and cut it some more. I came back and was told that I would be taken care of. Tammy is very knowledgable and knew exactly how to handle the piece and I came out feeling increasingly more confident that I can do this now. Thank you ladies at Adam & Eve I appreciate this.

Truly professional stylists. Giovanna saved my hair color! When I came to her, I had suffered from a tragic color job that was done from some other salon which left me with 3 different colors. Giovanna did not only understand my sadness but comforted me. She truly is a master at her craft. She restored my hair to the color I wanted. I highly recommend this hair salon!

Have you ever heard the saying "I'm a beautician, not a magician? " Well, this certainly does NOT apply to the great stylists in this salon. Whenever I walk into Oggie Adam & Eve, I look like an ugly duckling, and magically walk out looking like a swan! Staff is courteous, professional and top notch. If I could rate 0, I truly would. The receptionist was outstandingly rude to me for absolutely no reason! Mentioned that I had ‘thick & curly’ hair as if something was wrong with my hair texture and automatically wanted me charge me more without even seeing my hair out and untied as I had walked in with a bun. It was brought to the owners attention and other stylists as everyone in the salon could not stop staring at me because I was visibly upset for how I was spoken to by the receptionist at this salon. I truly felt super embarrassed. I was then told that she has a tendency of rudely speaking about clients to other stylists and also speaks wrongly to clients and always gets away with it which is super unprofessional. The stylist was “overbooked” and “did not have the time to trim my ends” because he had to other waiting clients even thought I had an appointment with him that was scheduled and confirmed. I was 100% not satisfied with my blow out since it was super rushed + wouldn’t trim my ends as I had asked him to (took like 15 minutes) and since he “did not have the time” to fix it he moved me to another stylist whom made it a bit better however I was very upset with the outcome. At the end of my service I asked to speak to the owner who then brushed me off when I was giving him my feedback about the extremely rude receptionist. I was given a paper with a 20% next beauty service and complimentary deep conditioning as if I will ever return to this salon. First and last time. The owner really needs to get rid of the nasty receptionist and manage scheduling times way better. I also wished he would’ve really listened to me instead of ignoring me.

I purchased a groupon for partial balayage at this salon after reading phenomenal reviews. I met with Joana, and everything I asked for she did the opposite of. My hair wound up looking incredibly brassy with harsh lines, and like a tiger. I originally contacted the salon for a correction but they could not fit me in and it was so bad i could not even show my hair in public. Waste of money, i will never go back. Worst job ive ever had done on my hair.

I have been going to this salon for six years Wow! I was recommended to have Giovanna cut & style my hair by a dear trustworthy friend. I was impressed by the entire salon very clean! I usually get a early morning appointment, which is wonderful because you practically have the salon to yourself. The place can get hopping but it’s structured, organized, classy, and stylin'! I have received full highlights, and half highlights, glaze, cut, style, blowouts, balayage. I am proud to say I am truly impressed with Giovanna’s talent, expertise, professionalism, and mastery of her work. When you sit for your consultation, she really listens to you. If your bringing pictures, she will look at them and take time to help you bring the vision of your hair to life. I was very impressed after the pandemic Giovanna gave me all the tools to help donate my hair for children with cancer. Thanks to Giovanna and the salon I was able to help donate my hair! Giovanna will guide you and help you with one of your most important assets your hair!

Today, I got a balayage from dark brown to natural blonde. Initially, we discussed that there would be neither yellow nor gray-white. Something clearly did not go according to plan, and the hairdresser (John) was really nervous. When I returned home, in the best light, I was simply horrified. My hair was dyed partly with yellow spots and streaks, somewhere white and somewhere grey. My hair looks terrible, like a child played with paints.
The saddest thing is that this can not be fixed right now, I have to wait for the hair to recover. In some places, the peroxide was clearly overexposed longer than necessary. And all this before the holidays. I am ashamed to post pictures of my hair, I have no idea how I can even be photographed now. But I'll still attach a photo tomorrow in daylight.
I want to add that in the morning, the hair became even drier. It was very difficult to comb them. This is despite the fact that my hair was always soft. Usually, after dyeing in salons, they made me a mask, but not in this one. Now, I'm still worried about my hair starting to break off.
