5I felt belittled by his attitude towards my concerns. He didn't take his time and rushed through the process; I felt like just a number to him, not a patient he really cared about. I have seen him multiple times and leave feeling disappointed every time. My rheumatologist told me to go to him to get a biopsy, and when I told him it was like he didn't believe me. I had to CONVINCE the man to give me a biopsy after several other doctors told me I needed one. I gave him a lot of chances, but I won't ever be going back to see him.
Dr Korzenko is a fantastic doctor. So knowledgeable. Great disposition and so professional. Highly recommend him.

In response to Covid-19 Emily took my temperature before entry. Ask questions if I’ve been out of state or in contact with anyone showing signs or having Covid-19. Abiding by all state and federal guidelines enforced by Governor Cuomo Keeping a six ft. Social distancing between patience in the waiting area plexiglass glass for separation. They take extra precautionary measure for a mission in caring for the community. No one can enter without a mask and must text in before appointment All were equipped in PPE gear. Melody had first taken all my information and copay. Laura following copay and address change Marissa did just the same in following visit. All professional and organized and welcoming. Dr. Korzenko provides efficient thorough treatment. Giving the best options for care speaking on a level of understanding. In my visit I was see first by a resident she was very professional and efficient in checking and asking questions. MA Maria worked side by side when Dr. Korzenko came into the office doing a second check she as well was very professional. All displayed top class bedside manner.
I was call within a week of diagnosis and referred to Dr. Slutsky and following that Stonybrook imaging all on site for surgery
