This attorney law firm deserves a zero star. I went to Mr. Adam Leitman Bailey to terminate an easement. I searched him in the internet that he was good at terminating an easement and bla bla bla. And It turns out that he did absolutely nothing to solve my problem. Even if we send him every information in advance. He wasn't informed during our consultation the reason why we were there. He didn't seem to want to read the information I provided him. He also didnt seem to want to check any other information online about department buildings instead he told me to research it myself. He made me pay $700 for a 1hr consultation and it was all for nothing. He spent most of the time asking me the same questions about the issue instead of being prepared with the information I send him. He asked really weird questions to my daughter, like how old are you or what's your relationship with the other people in the room? Which had nothing to do with my case to revocate my easement. I don't recommend this lawyer whatsoever. He only prefers cases for people in the higher class than the lower class. Since he told me to go get a cheaper lawyer next time instead of coming to him. Also, be aware that this guy has a very bad reputation for other clients, which I forgot to look at in the previous reviews.

Adam is a really good guy - always positive, happy and willing to help others. You know it and I know it! The whole world knows it!
