5Bad customer service. Arbitration policy suddenly changes everytime you want to submit an Arbitration. As an old dealer and customer, I stay away from adesa and their bad business and high fees. Good luck

Heather at Adesa Buffalo is very unprofessional. Unprofessional with her phone etiquette. Our car was wrongfully transported there by Credit Acceptance and she gave my fiancé the run around, no one would answer their phones when my fiancé found the information he needed to give them, they wouldn’t even answer for Credit Acceptance. 0/10, would not recommend to deal with them.
This place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. Very unsanitary/gross.
