My company hired Adience to help us with Persona research when we needed to learn more about a difficult to obtain customer segment. Adience worked with us to perfect the screener and interview questions, and they were able to get us incredibly valuable insights. I don't think I've closed the findings deck yet-I keep finding reasons to reference it.

Because of the difficulties recruiting, the project took longer than expected and the timeline had to shift a bit, but Adience gave us advanced warning as soon as they saw the delay coming. They were very forthcoming and communicative during the entire process, and ultimately we were very happy with the results. From the initial conversation and pitch to presenting final insights to our company's top stakeholders, they were professional, responsive, and easy to work with.
