Adirondack Adventures, North River NY

This was my first rafting experience and couldn't have gone any better. Our guide, Eric, had like 20 years of experience which made us feel safe and he was super knowledge, informative, and fun throughout. We were a duo and they easily accommodated us with a larger group. Can't wait to go back!

First time white water rafting, and I loved it. Our guide, Colin, was amazing he was very knowledgeable about his job and the river. I feel he made it a little more fun do to his knowledge of the river and how to navigate is straight in to FUN! He was extremely friendly and funny. I definitely recommend and I myself will be going again due to this experience!

We celebrated my 60th birthday white water rafting with Adirondack Adventures and it was an absolute blast! Mark was our guide and he was the best! It was a picture perfect Summer day filled with great memories! Thanks, Mark!

A standout among the many options for rafting the Hudson gorge. It’s smaller, which means a more intimate, custom experience. Their base is right at the takeout, which means you’re home sooner. The guides are top notch—Mark was an absolute pro. A perfect blend of fun and safety.

Our tour guide Colin was absolutely great and made our day, was so nice and a hoot to be around.

What a great rafting experience! Our guide Lindsay was the best rafting guide I’ve ever had. She was knowledgeable about the river and the Adirondack Park area and enlightened us with stories about the geography of the area, the way river changes and how people can use the river’s fluid dynamics to navigate their way down. Absolutely exhilarating! This is a must-do activity if you are visiting the Lake George area (40 minute drive from Lake George). I went with my wife and 13 year old daughter last week. It was the first time rafting for all of us. From beginning to end it was pure joy! Our guide was Bazil, he was great, very friendly, knowledgeable, and had a few rafting tricks up his sleeve to make our experience even more memorable! Worth every penny, I would definitely go again.
