5 The wait was so long. We had a party of 4 and was told we couldn't make a reservation. After waiting an hour and a half we were told we could of called ahead. If that wasn't enough my brother in law pulled a long hair out of his food.
First and last time for me
We adopted our first kitty and just knew with our experience we were going to go back. A couple months of working with him we decided to go and adopt his sister. The staff remembered us and again were super friendly and transparent. We even found that both of our babies came from the same site! They make calls to see how things are going and if we ever need anything they are always willing to help!
Super caring and professional staff, very thorough with pre-adoption applications and post-adoption follow up. Best wishes to all the kitties, I hope you all find the perfect homes
