Adonia Salon and Spa, Auburn NY

I had 2 lash lifts done. First one was great and lasted almost 5 weeks. Then I came in on a facebook special for $10 off. That one lasted one week. Tech offered to re-do on a certain date and I couldn't do that day. Tech didn't respond after 31 days. I asked for refund and was denied. Poor service, very disappointed.

They never answer the phone no matter what time or day it always says they are with a client. I have left messages and no call back

Very pleasant staff. Very knowledgeable in a variety of hair styles, cuts and care. Very clean, modern salon!

Hair cut was great with a lady in black hair! Exactly what I wanted but I would never go back to do my eyebrows they thread them and left bloody marks and didn't even do a good job her excuse was she couldn't see in the light then why is she threading there move to a different area sloppy work! I think it's the same blond person some other reviews are talking about!

Great atmosphere with many different treatments to offer. I have met the staff and all friendly and professional. Kristin always does the very best for me!

The atmosphere is really great, a nice cozy feeling. Hairdressers are awesome, very friendly and offer great recommendations. I had Ashleigh and will not be seeing anyone else from now on.

Best place in Auburn, not only did I get my hair fixed for reasonable price I got served lunch, water, coffee, very accommodating and professional love love love this place and all the girls that work here. Highly recommend.

I got a eyelash lift and tint by Melanie and they came out wonderfully! She’s so sweet, professional, and gentle!
