Maximo came out and told us we needed an igniter for our oven that he would order the part and then call me back. I never received a call. This company is horrible. I called for a week straight at several different times during the day nobody ever responded nobody ever called me back or picked up the phone.

Thanks to this company closing the ticket basically and saying go Frigidaire that no problem was ever reported back by their technician. I had to go out of my way again to wait on hold with my oven company for them to schedule me out with another servicing company and having to take more time from my job to wait at home for another technician to come because these people failed to job correctly the first time.

It’s extremely inconsiderate and it’s bad business. I’m not sure how this company has such great reviews, but not a single person answers the phone and their technicians behave this way.

I had extended warranty on my washer n dryer I was getting no where until I called to speak to manager Doreen! She was able to get me the proper refund and now have a new washer n dryer from another company of course!
The repair tech was awesome! ******

Getting an appointment was quick and easy! A separate company had previously come out and diagnosed the problem and did not fix it. James replaced the motherboard, the other tech said was broken, and the dishwasher was still showing an error message. He then replaced the motor, which was burnt out. James was determined to get my dishwasher up and running. He spent almost 2 hours at my house working while the other company spent no more than 20 minutes.
I am so thankful for James, his determination and quality of work! I would recommend him in a heartbeat!

Three day wait for repair person, only to find "they could not order the part". After calling and complaining, they did refund the service call fee, will verify this on next CC statement.

This was a warranty call so nothing to comment on relative to value but as a matter of fact, he was in and out in a short period of time. Was very impressed with Vincent's knowledge and abilities. Clearly has been doing this for some time. Appreciated his explanation of the problem and his ability to fix it. Will certainly insist on them in the future for both warranty and non warranty repair work!

Great experience quickly resolved the problem. Technician diagnosed and fix it quickly, Marc was very polite and profesional. Company overall was very professional and efficient.

Knowledgeable service person (Vincent). Took time to inspect all areas of the refrigerator, fixed and tested it. A very good company to use when appliances break down.

If I could have given a negative star, I would have. The technician in West Hartford, CT is the absolute worse. What's worse than a person in business that is a liar. This company came on behalf of Sears.
A few weeks ago, a technician from this company came to service a problem we're having with our range on behalf of Sears. When this technician came, he refused to show any form of ID. We don't know who he works for and dressed in casual clothing. Anyway, we allowed him in. He indicated that the range needs a new computer board. He said that he would send in the report accordingly. A few days later when speaking to Sears, we were informed that the technician did not indicate that the range required a computer board, so no part was order. We then went ahead an scheduled another appointment.
Today the same technician showed up. He asked what's going on and I informed him of the issue that the oven is turning on by itself intermittently. He immediately asked if Sears did not send a new computer board. I said no as they indicated that he made no such indication. I then asked him if he has a report that he made and he said yes but when asked to see it, he then said he cannot show me it (you were here to service my appliance but cannot show me the report you submitted for my appliance) which sounds suspect. I then asked him if he would be doing another report and he said yes. I further, asked him if he would give me a copy or show it to be and he said no. At that point I told him to leave as I cannot have someone work on my appliance and does not show me what they're writing up. He immediately left saying "he'll still get paid. " All this time was only conversating and he didn't touch the appliance.
Now, this is the even more interesting part. I called to request a different technician and was told that they don't have any other technician in my area. I told them that okay and that I would request Sears to send a different company. Then a manager named Doreen called me, but I was on the other line and couldn't take her call. I called Sears and told them to schedule me for another appointment with a different company. I was then conferenced with Doreen who indicated that the technician did a full diagnosis and checked all of the burner and indicted that nothing was wrong. I told her that this was not true, and that the technician was here for only a few minutes and didn't even touched the appliance. Doreen indicated that she would get back to me.
Well, this manager named Doreen did get back to me and indicated that she found that the technician did do a full diagnosis, and nothing is wrong with the appliance. A management personnel is implying that a customer is lying is a new concept in customer service. Added to that, I got a text message from this company, do not know who it came from, indicating that the technician has no reason to lie. I asked if this company has GPS on their technicians and how long did the GPS indicate that he was at the residence.
Bottomline, be careful of an unethical employee. I cannot call the company unethical because of two bad persons. I'm an executive in a retail chain and know a thing or two about customer service. I suggest that executive management take a closer look at the manager named Doreen. Her tone of voice and her communication style leave much to be desired.

My wife and I are very pleased with the Service Engineer, Joseph Anfuso's technical expertise with the issue concerning the clothes dryer. His determination and refusal to walk away until the problem was fixed is to be commended! Thank you VERY much!

They made an appointment over two weeks ago. Confirmed it by email and then by phone on the afternoon day I took off of work. And then did not show. This happened and they have not rescheduled the appointment and have not returned my calls in two weeks! Horrible service

And I’m still waiting for them to contact me (and have now been without my dryer for a month with no end in sight)!

The parts are sitting here awaiting their return.

Had them twice for my brand new fridge. They came within a couple of days and were right on time. No parts were needed and the problem seemed to fix itself. Tech Mark was very good. One oddity was the tech came in his own car, not a van loaded with parts. So if a part was needed, how would I get it and how long would it take. Thought that was strange but other than that everything was okay.

Great service and experience, if you want to book the appointment, the staff returns the call if you leave a message. The process is monitored, they are pending the process and order of the part. When the technician arrives, his explanation of what is happening and what needs to be changed is very detailed and clear, he shows a lot of experience and professionalism. The company notifies you when the piece arrives and sends you confirmation of the visit by email and telephone. Now the Washing machine works fine. Highly recommended!

Utilized this company for a washer diagnosis and the technician sent, Joseph, was extremely good - he was professional, punctual, knowledgeable and patiently answered all my many questions.
