Was looking for a small tap handle. A new not poorly made complete set was less than twice the single handle price. Thanks Bunches!

We have been going to this location for years and it has always been spot on! The service is not what you expect, it’s way better! We moved and no longer live next door but still go there when we are in the area. The management team is obviously doing a great job during a time it’s hard to find good help.

Every staff member is polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. Never had upselling, for any product, ever. They will come out to your car to test battery, and they have a super nice ODBII code reader. Highly recommend!

If I can rate zero stars I will. So I went to advance auto part to buy a new alternator for my car but when I got home I realized they sold me a remanufactured alternator so I drove back. When I got there the lady at the counter her name is Cara M.handled my exchange but has the worst customer service experience ever because she doesn’t greet the customers she also didn’t even apologize or said have a nice day I mean come on she seems miserable and hates her job. If this is customer service well I will be shopping elsewhere because I give you my business and this is how you treat customers. So unprofessional and I would never come back to this location. I’m calling corporate next.

Not too much experience with them but my last visit was excellent.
There was another customer buying a battery and they cheerfully installed it for him.

Place was emaculent! Staff was exceptional! I needed a battery after they not only checked battery but alternator as well to see the problem. Thank God it was the battery. Even let me use the tools too changebattery out to be on my way. By the way this store is on Dewey Ave by Denise across from Walmart. Definitely two thumbs up!

They usually have what I need and if not they usually have it next day, Ron and the gang are great

Lauren and Carra are great I had a problem with my license plate cover and screw sizes and they were there to help me threw it all

Make sure you check online for part first.they may give you discount for online purchase then go pick it up at store. Its like a pre coupon.

In my experience, workers over here have been a lot less knowledgeable than other Advance Auto Parts in this area

Its always a hit or miss with this place and it definitely dends on who is working to know how much help you will get when you visit.
