Not sure which location I visited this day, but I deal with them daily at work, and visit my local store in alden, NY. These guys are pretty awsome to deal with considering I do the same job but in the parts dept.at a dealership. They are definitely my first call part store!
Helped us with our gas cap (we didn't have a key for it) Then we tried to start up and the car wouldn't start! The guy that was working tried to help as best as he could, he was very nice! The car ended up starting up awhile later
The store is run very well. The employees really try to help when there's a problem. The stock is usually pretty good except for my last visit, where they didn't have any of the oil filters for my truck, featured with the oil change bundle deal.
I had to go with a brand I don't usually buy.
My problem is with Advance Auto's website. The last 2 orders were also oil change bundle specials where the oil was canceled, but they still sent the filters but not at the bundle price, and they charged for shipping. I went to Advance, and they took care of it, but what a hassle.
You should probably teach your counter people how to use your computer system instead of them arguing with customer who's showing them the part and part number on the Advance Auto app. Reasons why people order parts online and brick and mortars are struggling.
Good place for parts.very nice people.but they are under staff poor manager tood is answering phones trying to take care of costumers and getting his delivery guys out with product.they need some help
Go to Napa really I mean I think napa is the best! In my opinion go to Napa they always have everything you need and it's just better quality
