4I must say I always have had a pleasant experience here but the attitude of one employee seems to be the decision maker that napa should get my business. Everytime he is bothered to help you, he acts like its a big inconvenience.
Didn't catch her name but she was the best help I've ever had in any parts store thank you.
Called store to get 1 item at 7: 55pm they guy said they had what I needed but couldn't come in because they was closed and doors are locked.wow just lost out on $200 for your store.
I came in a little late right after 6 p.m.
There was a older gentleman in a younger lady that helped me, I was having problems with my batteries on my semi-truck and they stayed until all my needs where met!
